Muchas gracias Pere.
I would really like a video about how and where to add skill training and still progress with weighted calisthenics. It's something I'm thinking a lot about and struggling with
Love it man. I’m super interested in velocity based training and it’s practical applications. Seems like it’s not getting used much in weighted calisthenics. Super interesting content thanks 🙏🏼
High quality content! Gonna do the test tmr:) Could u do a video how to overcome plateaus for intermediate to get to advanced? Now able to do 45kg for 6 reps, but feel i dont make the progress i should. Since you’re background and extended experience im convinced you have some more intelligent way to program?! Thanks so far!
Awesome video, one question: if i train normaly fornt lever 2x a week but then decide to put front lever holds across my day or every other day (greesing the groove) how do u prevent getting injured if im not warmed up, but in the same time have enough front lever sets to progress (how many sets per week should i do for front lever holds to progress)

How do you train for power strength?

are pullups always the first exercise in your pull workouts or do you switch it up sometimes?
Actually are never the first
