    Thank you guys, this is one of my weakest points when I try MU, even though I am able to push the bar to my chest, I feel there is still a lot of work to do...

    No social distancing required over there? Nice to be back in the gym I guess.
    Just 2 hours ago I managed 4 sets of 4 strict bar muscle ups. That's a PB for me. Whoo hoo.
