  • Join me for a 37 Minute intermediate/advanced vinyasa flow practice focusing on challenging the balance, exploring different binds, and an emphasis on hamstring lengthening & hip flexor strength.
    The peak poses are birds of paradise, a bound standing splits and flying splits, all of which are optional poses.
    The main purpose of the practice is the journey and the space we find between each asana.
