Perfect. This is exactly what I needed some guidance on, I’ll definitely be getting them all lol.
I love the books I am now going to purchase them as you have recommended.
Merci d'avoir partagé Perle !
Nice video! Many thanks to the author of the channel for the recommendations! The problem with many people is that they want to take a "magic pill" or get "secret knowledge" and immediately have skills and abilities. However, the truth of life is that knowledge, skills, and abilities do not come by themselves. You can't learn a foreign language without doing anything, without wasting your time and effort, just like you can't learn to ride a bike lying on a comfy couch, listening to lectures and watching videos about "modern methods of learning" on a bike. To really learn something, you have to really practice every day. You're going to fall down while you're learning, and you're going to get bumps - that's normal! The ups and downs of learning are an integral part of our lives. Motivation from success and depression from failure will always be your study companions. However, every student has problems in his or her studies that he or she lacks the knowledge to solve. It can be: poor memorization of words; no progress in language learning; the student can speak, but does not understand speech by ear; misunderstanding of grammar; incorrect pronunciation, etc. Agree that a problem you don't know how to solve is very demotivating. In order to find the answer to our question we have to spend a lot of time to read videos, articles and books by polyglots. In today's world, we have to solve problems as quickly as possible. I don't have time to study and analyze a huge amount of information. My goal is to master the basic knowledge of a foreign language as quickly as possible and already start earning money effectively in the international arena. I settled on the practical guide by Yuriy Ivantsiv " Polyglot's Notes: practical tips for learning foreign language". This book is always in my bag. If I have a problem while learning a language, I quickly find the answer in this book. There are many different techniques and tips for learning a foreign language in Polyglot Notes. I have made my own individual schedule and plan for language learning. Now I know what I am going to study, how I am going to study, when I am going to study and what results I am going to achieve. No problem could stop me! With an effective language learning plan my professional skills are more and more in demand internationally every day. Friends, don't stop there! Everyone has talents that millions of people around the world need! Learn the language and make your ideas and dreams come true! Thanks to the author of the channel for the informative and useful video! Your videos motivate me.
Excellent content and very good sound (!)
This was very helpful😭❤We use the Alter Ego series at school and they don't help at all😂😂😂
Thank you so much for this video. I'm going to start learning french again, and was looking for some good books, but a lot of people are only learning online, and as you said... I get distracted :) One thing that i want to ask. I do like to get the same books from the same seriess. There is a Shaums vocabulary book. Do you know about it? Have you used it or seen it? I'm thinking of getting that and the grammar book, because they both look as if they have lessons and exercises/practice in them. Thank you again :)
Merci pour votre video! J'utilise Le Robert Micro
I'm planning to start learning it by myself
The first ever French learning book I received was a gift from my friend called “Merde Geneviève!” 🤣🤣🤣
« Merde Geneviève » 😂😂😂 what is it about? Sounds awesome ahaha 😂
@@MyFrenchStory From the Amazon description...
Learn all the French argot (slang), dirty words, and necessary tools of communication your teachers left out of their lesson plans with this essential survival guide to understanding everyday French.
Deliciously saucy and full of wit Merde! is a practical guide for understanding French, as it really is spoken. This real-life resource is for anyone who remembers thumbing through English/French dictionaries for such words as "toilet paper" and "damn," as well as for the far more interesting, titillating terms that would never be used in polite conversation. But real French isn't spoken with the intent of being polite…
With epithets for every occasion, a range of colorful idioms, and a wealth of come-ons and put-downs, this is the only language book you'll need to prepare for a trip to the city of lights.
@@SpaceWeaver yo can you link the book here please

Thank you for your sharing! I am currently learning French, and I do need some suggestions for books. Thanks a lot.
Happy to help 😊 Let me know what book was your favourite from the list 😉
i'm glad i decided to buy the grammar book like 6-7 months ago, and i didnt even know she was going to mention it in this this video.
Só how are you using Schaun's grammar? For consultation or do you do the exercises progressively?
Hello I’m trying to speak fairly fluently in French by the end of this summer. I’m practicing my native language, ilonggo and trying to learn French while maintaining Spanish(which I’m at level 4 but cannot speaking whatsoever:/) what would be some study tips/ study strategies to use. I’d like to buy one book with everything and use that to learn French by myself. What would you recommend and if you have made videos suggesting this I’d be grateful if you could link them. I’m def going to get the first book you’ve said so thank you for making this video
Merci beaucoup
Schaum is a brand.
They make all STEMM practice books also.

Are thèse books available in canada ?? I am from Pakistan. Can't purchase them from Amazon.. I'll ask my relatives living in canada to buy these books for me.
U didn't gave any links to buy these books...!
Can you react to Duolingo French? So that people can understand how you react whether it is good French or not.
It's good. I am learning a lit bit from it , and BESTEST thing about it is that you can learn PRONUNCIATION , which you may not learn from written books
Yes please
Bescherelle ahhhhh, how I used to hate that book but nothing can beat the dictées class. Ça m'a terminé 🤣🤣
Ahaha I am the same! I used to hate is but it is soooo useful. Ah je te jure les dictées au collège c’était le pire 😂😂
@@MyFrenchStory 🤣🤣🤣
I like your hair. 🤓✌️
Salut, Pearl. Je trouve que vous n'avez mentionné aucune méthode. Les livres que vous avez suggérés sont tellement essentiels mais si l'étudiant n'étudie pas en contexte, ça va être difficile à retenir.
It is true very nice answer 👍😊
Hi where are you these days..
No videos coming 🤔
hi
Having trouble finding that "le 1800 mots de base anglais" book
I agree this is quite an old edition. I also recommend: Mon Vocabulaire from CLE International. It is a visual guide with all the necessary vocabulary.
