It can be hard to practice your speaking skills when you don’t have a partner to practice your speaking skills. The JAM method is perfect to help you improve your fluency.
There are 3 phases in the Jam method. Make sure to follow the 3 phases. You can even record yourself and compare your progress. I love this trick because you can really do it by yourself and improve your French by yourself. So what are you waiting for, try the Jam method now and let me know how you go in the comments.

I also love to make my own conversation with my self in French.
For example, I will pretend that I am in a park with my friend. I'll start the conversation with '' Bonjour Clara, as-tu la paraplui? '' and then I'll pretend to be Clara and say something like '' no.. Pourquoi? Il va pleut? '' and continue and unwrap the conversation until I don't feel like speaking anymore. It's great exercise!
