      Thank you. I am still keeping the attitude of not stressing over the condition. I don't want the emotional roller-coaster anymore. I secretly still find it odd that I am having this regrowth and preparing myself if it changes again. Thank you for watching.

      Thank you. when I first start it was a struggle then I put a system in place that force me to do it like having my vitamins as a center piece where I eat my meals 😊

    I am beginning to think sugar is the problem.....Ive been researching sugar and it's a huge source of inflammation in the body.

      I believe it. Sugar use to be a big part of my diet it was a big challenge scaling back on my sugary treats 😊
