Will go air pop ever get support?
just bought my Go air sport and on the package it says you can access the equalizer through the app. But in your comment it says you cannot. How do I access the equalizer then?

Hello, you didn’t add Jlab Go Air Pop? From what your website says it’s your most popular headphone! (Also what I have.) I want to be able to use the app but can’t.
Hello - currently at the $20-25 price point we aren't able to offer all the same features available at other price points. We're always looking to offer more features!

I would like to address that Jlab Go Air Pop is not on the app so you can not use the cool features that it has very disappointing. Hope you guys are fixing this issue. Thanks!
Hi Tristan - we're always looking for ways to offer better features and value in our products. At the incredible price of $25, the Go Air Pop doesn't currently offer app support (nor was it promoted in our materials). We'll keep you posted if that changes.
@@JLabAudioi recently bought the GO Air Pop earphones and surprisingly the box clearly says about how we can change the quality of the sound using the app. Whereas it's not supported. I hope it does get fixed in the future.

My headphones are not in the app. There are only one pair of headphones there available and its something called "go work 2"...
There is no go air pop option which is sad cause almost evr,one is usibg them, including me
Hey maybe you should have the first Gen in your app as well because I've been trying for a long time years now and it never worked it's the JLAB GO Air Pro that's the name and nothing pops up at all please fix so everyone else that has this problem can enjoy such a thing.
For those that it is still not connecting, go to you app in your settings, click on it, then there will be a Bluetooth on/off button. Mine was off for whatever reason and I was about to return them. But turn it on and it works fine to connect then

I didn’t understand your comment but after I went to the JLab app section on my iPhone’s settings, I realized that the Bluetooth toggle was “turned off” and I turned it on and then it paired it.

Thanks for the video, I got a little nervous this morning when these new earbud charging/pairing case worked a bit different than some of the older models with direct connection to my samsung phones thru the google settings. So it was good to have a guide when stressed going thru some menus for the right setup for this things.
I just bought the GO air POP and i don't understand why they can't connect! I don't want the touch controls on!!

Yes - the Go Air Sport have a microphone in both earbuds.

Installed this new app (the older one kept crashing) and I can't connect my Epic Air Sport ANC to this app anymore. I keep getting an error- Not compatible with your device. What's happening?

Same issue here customer support not helping. I have the epic air sport anc and can no longer connect to my phone it keeps saying "an app is needed to connect the device" but then it never connects. The ear buds were fine for the past year and all of sudden nothing works. Well to all customers beware of this brand. Go buy the trusted sellers.
It would be really useful if you could copy the EQ settings from one of the pre-sets to the Custom one to use as a starting point for minor adjustments 🙂

I can’t select any of the EQ settings. When I try, I’m prompted to “Play music to customise EQ settings,” despite music playing. What am I doing wrong?

I’m seeing that Jlab responds to comments, I need assistance my app keeps saying I can’t change any EQ3 settings because music isn’t playing but my Apple Music is playing through them..

The Go Air sport isn't in the app
Jlab air sport won't connect to the app but is connecred to phone...phone is s22 ultra
hey guys. appreciate the step by step of the app but i cannot, following all instructions and factory reset steps, get both sides to work. I still only hear one side of the headphones, which side seems to differ each time i try to connect. the minis teal are what I bought. i am searching tirelessly for help, online and otherwise, yet i've only opened them two days ago. they are completely disconnected from all devices, forget device etc, but still only link one side. i've tapped 7 times, all the things..... are they faulty? what does one do next. i can't return :/

The go line of products are not supported for the app the ones that are supported on the app are the jlab jbuds anc 2 jbuds sport second generation jlab jbuds mini jlab jbuds pro and pro anc epic air and epic air sports anc 1stgen and second generation
5 January 2024 there are no AirPop on the app.... and there is no answer from you guys looks like I have to submit a ticket for that... the sound is flat, very low volume and zero Bass. hope u guys fix it
The Go Air Pop does not work with the app. You can change the EQ settings directly within in the earbuds from Signature, Bass Boost and Balanced via triple tapping the buds. We also recommend getting a good in-ear seal (try different tip sizes) to make sure there is no sound leakage.
i just bought the Jlab Go Air Pop on amazon today, and installed the app from google play. and its still not supported it says coming soon WTF. this video was posted 7month's ago you still have not added it Why? And on that note, I'm returning them back for a Refund. why use them if i cant set the EQ settings. they just sound tinny in my ear. Just Terrible. 👎

I bought the jlab pop. It will not work at all without the app which also doesnt work.
I will never be buying a product from Jlab again. I bought two pairs that are now worthless all because my last Jlab product doesnt want to charge.

I have the epic air sport anc gen 1. I lost support with the new app update (just like other people).The old app stopped working so I updated. So what are you guys doing to fix this issue? Why aren't the older true wireless versions supported? At least bring back the older app so I can get the full benefits of the earbuds I currently have. It's looking like you guys are forcing us consumers to go and buy new earbuds when there's nothing wrong with the one's we currently have. 🤔

Yeah, it's useless. I have 3 different pairs and none of them connect, the app just constantly tells me "Found a connected device available", but it never shows up, and you can't manually select them from the list. Support runs you in circles.
I think I'm finally just going to give up on this brand and go with something I know works.

Just add the go air pop! Its the most popular so just add it for god sakes. I get you dont want to add a 25$ headphone to it but it doesnt make sense to not add it.

I agree, its my first time using this brand i just bought the Jlab go air pop. and I hadn't heard about this app before now, I find out I can't even use the app just because its cheaper than the others? like seriously...
