Front and Rear Sprocket and Chain install on WR250R

  • Today I installed a Prosport 47 tooth, Vortex 13 tooth and D.I.D. O-ring chain for my WR250R. Also installed a front sprocket guard from Sandman Parts.

    You put it into gear when you used an impact on your front sprocket nut. Pretty sure thats wrong. Also you didnt unpeen that nut before removing or repeen it after. You're skipping some pretty important details that could cause someone some series problems or injury.

      Yeah it was my first time doing it. It was more of a video of me swapping my stuff out than a follow along How-to video

    3:23 it looks like you are using the wrong nut for your front sprocket. You need to be able to peen the nut into those indents. If you dont do this, you risk the nut slipping off and the sprocket chewing up the splines. This would require the engine case to be split to replace.
