Okay, I usually follow the fitness girls, but you came up and I figured - why not, can't be so different. Well, it is and it isn't. I feel like this routine is very doable but somehow all of the sections are more intense than I am used to. I am an old lady, but I could keep up pretty well AND I got my butt kicked at the same time. That's all I ask for anymore. Thank you for sharing. :)
