So wait, what, you were in the middle of the plane so they made 'fake' windows with screens looking outside so everyone gets a window seat? What an absolutely awesome idea!!!!!
Apparently windows just cost more for fuel, so manufacturers are trying to do a similar thing with the entire cabin, with a strip running through and no individual windows. No more windowless window seats!
FYI I first heard about this idea with cruise companies. U know if U get that cabin with no window view in the middle of the ship.......They are just gonna build a fake window and live stream the ship moving across the ocean.
Hey Jeb - you don’t need an adapter for the headphones. Airlines use those types of plugs so people don’t take them with them off the plane as they wold have no use elsewhere. If you plug in a regular aux cord into one of the 2 larger holes it will still work. Just a tip! Thanks for posting such great content!

@Erich Weiler, what? Couch bed? You mean private bedroom, bathroom with shower, and a lounge room with butler. The residence is literally and apartment in the sky,
Erich Weiler the residence is only with Emirates an on the 380. They all have private showers and beds. The other offerings out there are for a scheduled shower, not a private shower and bathroom like residence offers.
@Erich Weiler The Residence, is Etihad not Emirates. The L-shaped room with a long couch bed you refer to is Etihad's first class on the A380. The Residence has a separate bedroom, separate living room and yes, The Residence has its own private shower/bathroom. It is separate from the shower that First Class passengers can use. :)

But what you experiencing is out of this world mate, awesome.
Hi Jeb, this was a most enjoyable time spent with you as you explored the brilliant Emirates 1st class trip. It took me back 2 years when I was literally the last passenger to board the flight from Dubai to Manchester. I had a particularly cantankerous traveling companion who was playing, "No Speaks". On the way from Johannesburg to Dubai, there was an indulged little boy squealing and shouting his head off, while both his mother and nanny looked on and smiled. Economy class was subjected to this racket for hours, on and off. As we were arriving in Dubai, I THOUGHT a prayer, and humphed, "You know what, Lord? ( Drumming of fingers) I don't think there are any " little princes" up in Business Class." I then had to endure a couple more hours of the silent treatment during the lay-over, before our flight to Manchester boarded. When I eventually gave the attendant my passport, she looked at me and smiled sublimely. "Judith, you have been upgraded to Business Class!" Oh my word! The bliss of that totally unexpected blessing. Like you, I snuggled into my gorgeously comfortable flat bed, and slept deeply for 5 hours. The cabin staff were most attentive. The food and service were excellent. The whole experience was a gift to me that I shall remember for the rest of my days. I love Emirates and always fly with them. I am a big fan of your flight experiences. Thank you. Kindest regards Judith

I hope this doesn’t come across as condescending or patronizing. I truly do enjoy your videos and look forward to every one.
It really seems like Emirates is the airline to pick if you want the best product in the sky. Its always good to see videos like this so us mere mortals who will probably never get to fly on anything beyond the crappy seats in the back can see just how good it can get. (the closest I have ever come to an Emirates plane is watching one out the window of the airport while waiting to get on a crappy little Australian Domestic Qantas plane)
@@nigmosh65 They are my airline of choice these days for the Australia / NZ route, excellent business class and often much cheaper than the competition
Emirates, Etihad & Qatar three major players changing the whole flying concept and raising the benchmark constantly. Their global coverage is phenomenal and European and American operators can only play catch-up. There was a time when European and American operators ruled the world but that was all in the last millennium. Global trade demanded new travel challenges and Middle East based operators altered their strategies carefully where western operators were still stuck in aristocratic syndrome and even now losing the battle to low cost operators. These Middle East based operators are giving us better options for our money, imagine if we were still stuck within the choice of old Lufthansa/Air France/British Airways/American Airlines and their traditional first class and had to pay the same £6K/£7K for a first class trip. It will be interesting to see where this industry go in next ten years time in terms of comfort and customer service. Thank you.

"Over the top" is an understatement. After mortgaging your house to buy a ticket, you can't afford to sleep because you'd miss out on some of the luxury that you paid for. Although I have a short attention span, I watched the whole video because Jeb Brooks was having such fun with the experience! I seem to recall other Emirates First Class accommodations as being excessively ornate. This cabin was more subdued, and I would prefer it. Not that I'll ever have that opportunity!
I do enjoy as much watching this video as you enjoy the EMIRATES Flight. It is great awesome with all the cosiness and comfort. Friendly cabin crews and perfect inflight service.
Ma5jay5dontxdoxthat exactly right. The economy class is really just a compromise to make first and business class work. Airlines barely make money on economy

😂
Great video. Felt like I was part of the journey!
awesome editing. 100% jealous
@@GreenerGrass Loved your video! what software do you use? How did you get your channel so successful?

"Over the top" is an understatement. After mortgaging your house to buy a ticket, you can't afford to sleep because you'd miss out on some of the luxury that you paid for. Although I have a short attention span, I watched the whole video because Jeb Brooks was having such fun with the experience!
I seem to recall other Emirates First Class accommodations as being excessively ornate. This cabin was more subdued, and I would prefer it. Not that I'll ever have that opportunity!
Emirates is the best and i am a Emirates cabin crew and i watch this video after it came out
Did I miss you telling us how much this decadence costs? I would really love to know.
More money than I will ever know to exists. Does that answer your question?
Im sure a quick click on the emeritis link will quell any curiousities of that sort 😉
$50
I think it's great Jeb also gets excited by a Family cabin on Amtrack. This man just loves the experience of travel!
Very well reviewed by a sweet soft spoken gentleman... I've just subscribed to your channel 😊
I do enjoy as much watching this video as you enjoy the EMIRATES Flight. It is great awesome with all the cosiness and comfort. Friendly cabin crews and perfect inflight service.
I think the new cabin looks way better. But both are amazing since it’s in the sky.
Regular commercial airline companies - “what a waste of space. We could fit 30 adults in that first class suit.”
Ah most commercial airlines would much rather have all first class if they could it it makes the most amount of money percentage wise.
Ma5jay5dontxdoxthat exactly right. The economy class is really just a compromise to make first and business class work. Airlines barely make money on economy
well 15 adults in todays obese world
Yeah that’s definitely pikey airlines aka Ryan air
Jeb, you can still use your bose, just plug into one of the top ports. I use my own bose or beats all the time. Great Video, you should do one on the new first class on the A380
That was the most private economy seat ever!! Said a random person who never been on an Airplane
The crew was more than accommodating, and they even seemed to enjoy their jobs and helping you with your video. Great video.
It is awesome to see that someone has taken the 1st class suite concept and actually made a "suite" out of it.
This guy gets more excited than kids in a candy store. Love his enthusiasm.
Thanks for this detailed flight review. Did EK's 77W first class section have showers? I know their A380s do.
You nailed it !...(Aussie for "excellent")
Not being able to fly internationally makes this videos more fun to watch. Loved the jumping!
