This was great! I’m short and stocky (5ft 7 inch 215 pounds). Not the best for tennis. I couldn’t match the speed but I made sure to give it 100 percent. The legs are always the first to go. Looking forward to moving better and shedding off the pounds. Just some feedback for me: Give some tips on the workouts. Can either be like a voice over or just text on the screen. For the shadow stroke I found my self jumping back. I didn’t know if this was right or I was doing it wrong. A tip could have corrected that. I love the percentage done on the workout. I wanted to give up but seeing the percentage go up gradually made me feel better and keep going. Lastly, maybe give like a 5 second warning before the end of a workout like a sound queue or small beep. I found my self looking at my feet and when I looked up, there was another workout. Super awesome video!!!!
