Are there any work outs that don’t involve a racket? I’m not able to find space around my house.
Simon ? I got a question about this workout. This workout is just full body workout right ? Or are there parts of the body that you don't train with this workout ?
It’s an overall body workout but it’s more of a tennis specific one
@@TopTennisTrainingOfficial thanks Simon
Really good exercises, very delighted.
Thanks for watching Suvir
Any lessons you would like to see in the coming months?
All the best and stay safe

@@TopTennisTrainingOfficial well, I play tennis four times a week and now wants to improve my ankle as I landed on my ankel four weeks ago. Any exercise or even tips to keep ankel strong. I do balance exercise everyday now and I think above video you made is already pretty good and covers lot of things. I liked it that it's tennis oriented.
Suvir, I hurt my ankle a few years ago and I kept re-injuring it every so often. Then last summer my wife started me doing squats. I started with 20 and now do 100. Never had an ankle problem since. Somehow that strengthen my ankle and also my knees are feeling a lot better as well.
Great job
Thank you 💟
Thank you for watching 👍

Can you do an Andy Murray backhand video 😀
*He's got a top five all time backhand & you've left him out* ;(
Thanks :D
I'll try!
Im gonna try it tonight - I am a year after ACL reconstruction. 🙂
Nice and relaxed, it’s very easy to injure yourself after coming back
Hey! When I play tennis, my main problem is that my arms are really weak so I can't really hit very hard balls although I can receive them. Most of my balls are returned slow because there's no strength in my arms. Will this workout help with that? Is there anything else I can do to strengthen my shots? Helppp pleaseee
Try drills 3,4 and 7 from this video - ruclips.net/video/rqhDFwTFnes/видео.html
Drill three is for developing good strength in your forearm muscles, vital for stability and power.
Drill four is for core stability and drill seven is for rotational power, vital for extra power on your strokes.
Thanks for the help!
