Hi Everyone! I am so sorry but I just discovered I had so many comments! I was not getting my notifications and really thought this video had no comments! Just this morning I found out there are over 600! I had the video set to "hold comments for moderation", but I've since changed that. I'm going through all of your comments now. Thank you so much for all the love, encouragement and kind words!

“Oral health.” I’ve been KETO for 2.5 years. I had split bottom molars or both sides. About 9 months into Keto, both of my teeth mended themselves! Thank God
I've worked in the dental field for 40 years. Split teeth do not mend themselves. However, if you had cracks with symptoms, you may feel better now from that. Sorry to contradict your comment .
@@carolmeldrum765 It is possible for a tooth to repair itself if the damage is minimal. For example, if a tooth with a crack on the outer level and a minimal fracture line that does not cause pain may repair itself over time. The healing process is known as remineralization and refers to the minerals in our mouths.
Hi Heather, I have been on carnivore for three months, my doctor recommended this when I was diagnosed with PCOS. My period has become more regular and I am ovulating, I have lost 35 lbs, my skin is clear, I have lots of energy and I am focus. I no longer have a sugar crash like I used to, my nails and hair grow like crazy. I truly love this lifestyle it has changed my life completely.
Thank you for you interview. I’ve been carnivore 1 year and 4 months. I’m 90 to 95 percent. My most wonderful experience at 62, now going on 63, losing all pain in my joints and muscles. My fatigue is almost completely gone. I’ve lost 44 1/2 inches in fat. I’m down 3 sizes in pants and dresses. Tops 2 sizes. I love eating the carnivore eating. Gas is gone, thank goodness. My memory is so much sharper. Fingernails are stronger and my skin feels like a baby’s skin. So smooth and soft. I do not look like a toad when I sit down now. So excited I finally feel like getting back on the golf course and now I can stand laying in the sun. Also noticed bugs leave me alone now. Itchy scalp has stopped, back itching has stopped and I don’t need to wear deodorant because that smell is gone. Wonderful way of eating for sure.
@@lovefarmer947 36 pounds. Even though some may lose more that’s what my weight was. By doing this new life style, when we were quarantined I only gained around 3 pounds and this was during Christmas. So I’m happy with that. One person who saw a picture of me before I started eating this way could not believe the transformation. He said that picture made me look like two of me. I didn’t think I looked that big, lol. But I’m still going strong in my eating. Also since I’ve been building muscle, right now I’m fluctuating between 140 to 139. Losing inches means more to me than weight. Weight fluctuates to much day to day. I just bought an infrared sauna which I’ve been using and love. God bless.
@@Lindabraggketovore thanks for all the extra info! I am 60, that made it important for me to hear from you! I just started carnivore 5 days ago. Trying to figure out what is reasonable for expectations so that I don't get discouraged and quit. This helps. Again, thank you!
I hope you don’t get discouraged. Honestly it has helped me immensely. Don’t make sure you get enough electrolytes in your system. I ordered Keto Chow from Amazon. They have a new one out that includes more nutrients which I’ve not tried. I also have been drinking Ultima in my water which gives it flavor has electrolytes in it. Another thing you can do is get a good collagen powder. I just ordered one from Amazon, Collagen peptides by Sport Research. I’ve also used and am using Great Lakes collagen powder. I’m trying the new one that has Bovine in it. I don’t think you will regret it. In saying that there has been times recently my husband and I go out to eat. I might have one roll, but that’s about the extent of my bad eating. Also I make Keto Magic Cookies which are my go to for snacks. If you like potatoes, which I try to avoid due to High Oxalates there are recipes where you can use Coconut flour and xanthan gum and hot water. If you need any help with anything you can message me anytime. God bless.
I’m a month on the carnivore diet. Skin is clearing up completely, down 15lbs, fatigued unchanged because my horrible sleep/work schedule. Mental clarity is amazing! Didn’t even think about the teeth thing but so very true. I also only eat two meals a day. And best thing is no more bloating and gas!! Literally best I’ve ever felt.
Same her..down 18 pounds and no more gas! I was the gassiest person in the world when I ate grains....not kidding, it was a thing. Now I'm all better and feeling great.
I'm 6 months on Carnivore. -53#; whiter teeth, more muscular, tons of energy, better sleep, amazing mental focus, no depression, no anxiety, more happiness, lots and lots of new hair growth, clean-smelling breath, no body odour. love this way of life.
Vegan:(25 looks 50) I've been vegan for 2 years. It's going great, I just got out of the mental hospital. My crons disease is almost manageable. Haven't had a period in years. Takes 31 medications. looks ugly. Carnivore: 1 year, All auto immune diseases symptoms gone. Smell better, stronger, have abs. Always happy, no more medicine. Looks beautiful.
"just got out of the mental hospital". I know a vegetarian that literally just got out of a mental hospital. It began with an injury that wouldn't heal...
I’m 63 , menopausal, type one diabetic, thyroid issues, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, fibromyalgia, arthritis, fatigue, and two time stage 4 cancer survivor, it’s April 2021 and I’m jumping on the carnivore plan. I’m praying that I can drop all prescription drugs.
My mom ate carnivore and I thought she was crazy! I have had health issues since I was 11 I’m now 42 and I didn’t get any relief until I went on carnivore diet. I suffered body pain, daily vomiting, bloating/gas, migraines, 90% of my hair fell out, couldn’t stay awake, liver issues, gum issues, blood work all screwed up! After two months on carnivore gas gone, vomiting gone, bloodwork normal for the first time in years, hair growing, body pain decreased, migraines rare, blood pressure normal again, lots of energy I never had before and mental clarity! I feel like a new person!
I started this way of eating 10/12/2019. I started because I was suffering with 10 years of hypothyroid to the point where I felt like I was dying, and 35 years - lifelong epilepsy - I'm 41. And on top of all of that, I was 17.6st - roughly 250lb. I went to the Dr and I was crying, she did her checklist thing, told me I was depressed and tried to put me on anti depressants. But I wasn't depressed.. even though I felt it sometimes but I wasn't depressed.. I was sick, and she didn't care about that. So basically, I went home and started to look for ways to heal myself and I came across Dr Ken Berry on RUclips and he was talking about the carnivore diet. And that was it. I jumped on that the same day. Cold turkey. On day 2, brain fog gone. I could actually get out of bed in the morning and I wasn't tired! Bloating gone. As the days went on, I realised I wasn't having any anxiety attacks or panic attacks. Gums and teeth healthy again and no cavities.. much stronger. My back pain had gone.. I lost 28lb in my first 4 weeks! Inflammation gone. Clarity and energy through the roof. Zero stress - same as you said, I could tolerate it.. it didn't bother me! No tummy issues.. I stopped having seizures! Hypothyroid symptoms gone! I could go on, and you know what I mean lol it's like being reborn or something 😃 Right now, 08/07/2020, I've lost over 50lb, I have about 15/20lb left to go, and then I will go shopping for new clothes. Actually, I'll make the clothes! - I sew! I'm never going to stop eating this way. I eat once a day and fast 24hrs everyday. It suits me and I love it. So anyway, I'm gonna go because you and I know I could probably go on forever about the many amazing things this way of eating has benefitted our health.. it's totally amazing and Ive learned so much about my body and nutrition. Carnivore has been a life saver. I wish I'd known about it years ago.. but give thanks, I found it eventually, so it's all good. Bless up yourself and stay healthy ❤️❤️
@@HeatherLeGauxand if I tell anybody they can heal this way, all they will focus on is the fact I eat only fatty meat and some dairy and they'll tell me my diet is unhealthy 🤦🏾♀️
Thank you for sharing your story. I saw Dr Berry on You Tube 15 weeks ago, started on keto the first week and went to carnivore, using some onion and seasonings along with some cheeses. Most all inflammation is gone along with the brain fog. Have lost as of today 26 lbs. I am 71. This is how I will live until I take my last breath. 🥰 God bless Dr. Berry!
@@No_Frills_Carnivore Thats fantastic.Western medicine sux..most of it because Drs don't have any clueb about good diets and nutrition which is not there fault its what they have been taught at uni.Give me a nice grass-fed fatty piece of meat and liver ..some eggs and if im being naughty a nice preservative-free red wine.
7 months in - I love it. Lost 19kilo so far, energy levels are up skin is looking better, hair is way way thicker, no more floaters in my eyes, standing strong, straight and grounded, my blood test came back good with my tryglicerides at .09 cholesterol a little high but nothing the dr is worried about. Also I think its rebalanced my hormones somehow. Also feeling calm and I cook my steak with reverence for the animal that gives me good health. Something I wouldnt have thought about 7 months ago. Love the easy prep, the quick cooking, the easy cleanup. Best lifestyle - thanks to Dr. Ken Berry whose video I stumbled across just at the right time in my life and started me on this journey.
I've been carnivore for almost a month and have no plans of changing the way I'm eating! I love it! My biggest thing so far is no bloating! I probably spent hundreds of dollars on supplements to try and get rid of my bloat and nothing ever worked. But almost immediately after starting this diet the bloat was completely gone & has stayed gone!
I’ve been carnivore 3 months and was sad that my dentist does a very tiny filling in my wisdom tooth BC i was expecting no issues :(. I also have sensitive teeth to temperatures on teeth that i had fillings prior to carnivore. I’ve heard stories so i want my oral health to heal Too
Ditto. My gum had receded hugely and the dentist said that they could do some type of curtain surgery but otherwise it wouldn't recover because some bone had also receded. Guess what? Back to healthy. (And I am largely but not exclusively carnivore)
Heather thanks for sharing.I'm 63 and have been doing keto , and I feel great. All arthritis pain disappeared, I'm full of arthritis, have suffered for decades, but now I no longer feel it. I started keto a year ago to get used to not eating carbohydrates . The first month I felt ill for 2 weeks (carbohydrate addiction is real nasty) once I got over my addiction, I felt like a new person. My life has changed for the better. Now I'm changing to carnivore, I found a meat market that adds 50% fat to my ground beef, and I love it . It will be easy because I'm tired of the seven superfood green vegetables. I probably will still drink whipping creme, coffee, eat eggs, and aged cheese. I work 7pm to 7am , before I changed My diet , I was always fatigued ,now I sleep for 9 hrs. and feel great all day. So like You,tomorrow I go carnivore! God bless everyone.
I am 62 & believe arthritis was trying to set in. Being carnivore has definitely kept inflammation at bay. My mother had it in her hips & I am definitely trying to avoid that.
I have been following Carnivore since Mid March. I have lost 65lbs at this point and I can agree with many of the benefits on the list. My most favorite change is the inflammation in my system. My back was so sore that my back was seizing all the time, especially when trying to sleep. I could drop something on the floor and have to consider it lost or weep if I tried to pick it up. Thankfully and happy to say, I am pain free and able to move like a normal human now.
Heather, This is the first time I have seen one of your videos and I want to tell you how refreshing I found your presentation on the 12 benefits of carnivore you have experienced. I have been gluten free for about 7 years. My knee pain mostly went away with that;; but from time to time it has come back with a vengence. In January 2020 I began the Keto diet (still observing the no-gluten in my diet) and keto improved the knee pain a little more. What I discovered, though, is that Keto gave me a license to cheat in that I fell into the habit of eating "sugar free" and grain free deserts thinking that it wasn't really sugar and it wasn't really wheat...so what the heck? About a month ago I slipped and fell on a walk with my husband and the result was some excruciating pain in my right knee. It just wouldn't get better. I had to use a cane for a while, wore a knee brace and started taking aleve so I could sleep at night. This past Saturday (it is now Tuesday) I decided to go carnivore. As usual, Saturday night the pain woke me up; but not as many times in the night. Sunday morning I got and was able to walk without holding on to furniture or the walls. Today is Tuesday and my knees are pain free! Not mostly pain free but pain free totally. I wanted to share this with you because for me (a 74 year old woman) I never thought I would ever be totally pain free, again. That is enough to make me a true believer in the carnivore diet for the rest of my life. Thanks for getting the word out and encouraging us to eat this way.
Jink, have you thought about posting your experience on RUclips? My mother and father-in-law sit across from us at dinner eating carbs the entire meal all while discussing their different pains. They are both in their early seventies and might listen to a kindred spirit. Thanks.
Im glad you're doing great. I started Carnivore 17 days ago. I noticed the differences you describe on day 1. My gums stopped bleeding, no blood in the tissie when I blow my nose. 29 years of struggling with depression are over. On day 10 all of the symptoms of my Candida overgrowth receded and disappeared. It's miraculous.
I've been Keto for 2 years and have had a total turn around with my health. To take things a step further I've recently started carnivore. So far I am loving it!
You're a great ambassador for carnivore! You look healthy and radiant. You have wonderful energy without sounding crazy. You are everything good that a vegan is not!
Sounds like everything vegan claims to be, but it doesn't always correlate to reality for everyone (yes, there are the few who swear by it and for them, it works or they feel better...).
@@DebbieMason I tried vegetarian and it almost did me in. I’d love to be that but 19 days into this and I’m feeling better. My joint pain is almost gone. 5 months of pain…
On carnivore the 8th day. For a long time keto-low carb. Within 1 day I was already in ketosis. I couldn't lose weight. 8th day 2.1 kg down. I feel very well, I don't feel hungry or cravings. Today I did not eat for 18 hours without any effort. I guess this is a diet for me. Thank you for the very good message.
Great story ! Three weeks so far for me! Never felt better, loosing weight, super energy! No more naps , no anxiety anymore ! I’m so glad I started carnivore! After all the lies we were taught! Thank you for sharing your experiences 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
I used to have a lot of health peoblems and i didnt know how much damaged i have from gluten and carbs. I even went vegan for 2 years, but the only lifestyle that give me my health and life back is carnivore.
I’m in week 6 of eating carnivore. The first 5 weeks I only had beef/seafood/chicken/eggs/bacon and avocado (based on Tier 1 of Paul Saladino’s Carnivore Code book). This week I started Tier 3 (same food as above, but I eliminated the avocado). I am loving it. I’ve always craved meat over any other food. My body enjoys eating this way. Don’t get me wrong, I love veggies, but I’m not missing them one bit. I’ll continue eating this way for as long as I feel as great as I do. I’m already at my goal weight, so I’m just trying to build muscle and change body composition. Hope this helps with that. I’m sleeping great, have tons of energy, I’m alert, focused, and my workouts are amazing! No problems to report. Oh…I am taking organ supplements, since I haven’t ventured into eating organ meats yet. Maybe one day. Just not yet. 😉. By the way, your skin is absolutely beautiful. Flawless.
@@Queef_Storm in my experience keto is a very broad term and can technically include a lot of quite harmful foods such as nuts and seeds and seed oils. Often people on keto eat way too many things like almond flour etc making ‘breads’ and so on, which longer term will end up with them loaded with oxalates. In short keto often has way too many plants. In this respect benefits of carnivore are in a different league to keto. Much simpler to implement as well.
@@gavtex1065 Thanks for the lengthy reply but I kinda meant how does carnivore compare to keto for you personally, like did you feel any different going from keto to carnivore?
@@Queef_Storm definitely better on carnivore for me. For a number of months was down to near carnivore (plus a small bowl of wild organic blueberries) and felt better energy and complete resolution of skin conditions within a few weeks of cutting out the blueberries. Sorry for long reply. 😄 Only on carnivore have I experienced energy levels and feeling of well being that I had never before known in my life.
My favorite benefits are zero bloating, not after a meal or during my cycle, mental clarity, I used to have extreme brain fog and loss of focus, chronic pain is gone, my pain was so severe I went to the doctor and hospital and felt like I was losing physical function of my body and was put on medication for hypertension and my blood pressure is improving. Thanks for the list. I'm looking forward to seeing changes in my skin and everything else to come.
maybe when we stopped being nomads, came in from the fields, and moved to the cities to work in industrial plants... many people in hot factories before a/c was invented mustve been stinky!
@Karisma Frazier oh definitely went to a village in Kenya to visit masai people, these people didn't smell at all, its wierd because they wore the same clothes for days, and I was changing twice a day and bathing in deodorant. Their diet consisted of meat and milk organic ofcourse.
I'm glad you brought that up Lisa yeah I don't wear deodorant and I wonder why women wear makeup and dye their hair all the time wear fake eyelashes put fake nails on the things that make a woman fake natural beauty is way better
Carnivore for 4 months: no body Oder, no body moisture required anymore, no itchy scalp, don’t need to pee in the night, no more farting! Who would of thought
If I could relive my younger days - ignore the food pyramid and eat lots of meat. Drink way less coffee. I spent too much time tired, brain fogged and sleep deprived.
I’ve been carnivore for a month now and I’m still adjusting. I’ve had dairy, but I can tell I’m going to have to cut it out because my body isn’t happy with it. It’s been a struggle to do without the variety of other foods, but what keeps me going are the benefits you’ve described here in your video. I’m sleeping well, I have an incredible sense of well-being, and my cravings are gone. Those three things alone are powerful motivators! I can tell that my body is changing and healing too. My clothes are already fitting better. We’re in the middle of a pandemic so the awkwardness of social gatherings has not been an issue, but I’m not looking forward to navigating those situations. Hopefully, by the time that comes up, I’ll be more comfortable in my commitment to this way of eating and can work it out without feeling like I’m the odd friend and family member. Thank you for making this video. It helped me recognize how much my life has been changing for the better and what more I can look forward to.
I'm on day 105 of eating/drinking only meat, water, & black coffee. I have experienced all 12 of your benefits in one form or another and have enjoyed every part of this transformation. I started the diet with hopes of fixing an epilepsy issue I have from a head injury 18 months ago. While I have not quit having seizures, my recovery from them has been cut in half. I am very optimistic and feel that I will see even more improvements. Currently I am down 3 waist sizes and the strongest I have ever been (45yrs). The most difficult part was the carb cravings in the beginning, but they go away. Another benefit I have noticed is the natural sun block. I spend hours every day in the sun shirtless and have barely tanned.

Hi! Very happy to find your channel🤗 I have been Carnivore for 3 weeks now. It is an amazing feeling. My family does not agree with what I am doing, but my doctor is on my side. It is hard to explain the changes to others without getting the pushback and getting aggravated. I have given up on that and my hope is the changes they see in me will inspire them to ask the questions ❤
I’m about two weeks in with about half that time being more “ketovore.” I’m going through the tummy struggles of transition now that I’m 99.98% carnivore (coffee daily and the occasional Coke Zero). I can’t tell you how much I appreciate videos like yours.
Hi! I noticed the gum health too, I had receding gums here and there and those were on of the first benefits I noticed. Also faster hair growth, stronger nails, feeling 'inside' my body instead of floating above (25y vegetarianism will do that to you) , the calmness, the focusedness yes, I noticed it all too. I side railed for a second time from this carnivore adventure but hearing you sum up benefit after benefit makes me decide to go back in! Thanks for sharing!
Hi Heather, I just subscribed to your channel today. I was so happy to see a woman of color on the Carnivore Diet and to discover you on July 1, 2022, the day I decided to start my Carnivore Diet. I am so happy to come across your youtube videos they uplifted me so much. I'm glad you have many followers but I'm worried that you will not see my comments. Please, keep up your journey with youtube so I can follow your progress. Thank you, for giving me the gift of hope in starting this diet. You inspired me so much and I really enjoyed this first video that I saw with you talking about your beautiful journey on your Carnivore Diet.

Thanks Heather, great video. After 2/12 weeks on the carnivore, the biggest thing I've noticed is my mental clarity and the increase in my ability in dealing with the usual challenges that life throws at us. I've had the usual improvements, like better nail and hair, better prostate health, I'm training again (it's been 15 years - marathon training) and my dandruff is gone, I don't stink and I don't us deodorant anymore, my skin is glowing. Okay, this may sound like a sales pitch, my outlook on life has really clarified and I'm so much more calmer and patient. Keep on spreading the word!
I've been doing Carnivore off and on for almost 2 yrs. I can say I love how I feel when I'm doing Carnivore. I can totally tell the difference when carbs have crept in i get bloated, my feet hurt and so does my back, it also makes me exhausted. I definitely need to do a better job of staying on it but i have a hard time during holidays and with friends
I've been drifting more and more toward total vegan over the last ten years. I was mainly eating carbs and not getting fat because I was fasting a lot. Then my brother died of cancer and I started actively researching rather than just passively believing the dietary guidelines and realized that plant-based made no sense (I ran into Amber O'Hearn and Nina Teicholz's 'Big Fat Surprise'). So I completely switched to High fat and protein and low carb about two weeks ago. The two most striking things so far is the disappearance of almost constant low-level depression/anxiety (never really bad except when my brother was dying, but it did kinda always suck) and the other, instant change was instead of being constantly dehydrated I'm fine. I could not sleep a whole night without waking with a dehydration headache. Aspirin every morning. I think I've taken two exedrin in two weeks and sleeping way, way better.
Oh my goodness! I have been on the carnivore for almost three weeks and I feel fabulous. The weight is melting off of my body and everyone in my barre sculpt class has been commenting how thin/shapely I look. Yes, the gas and bloating are completely gone. I tried just fruits and vegetables for a while and I felt and looked like a hot air balloon and that is where I gained weight. This carnivore diet not a "diet" for me...this is a way of life. I NEVER feel hungry and I am always satisfied. I never have to count calories and know that what I eat today will not show up as jiggle and fat tomorrow!!! Yea!! I am not starving myself. Instead of reaching for a piece of chocolate my new "treats" are bacon, lobster, and smoked salmon. Yummy!! Thank you so much for your video. You are absolutely darling and you sparkle with an inner and outer glow!! Much love to you!!!!!
I'm on my 2nd month. I love it! Lost almost 20lbs. My skin looks great, my nails are actually growing and hardened, I'm super focused and it's kind of liberating not having to be a slave to hunger. My down side is variety. I love to eat different kinds of foods, sides and desserts. I'm pulling through it. Thanks for the video.
Love this and LOVE the fact that you are educated enough not to use bad language. I can’t listen to people that say the “F” word or “G-D” every other word.
I've been doing it for 4 months. My arthritis pain is much less, my anxiety it better and I sleep better too. Weight loss is slow but I've lost 16 lbs. I'll stay with it.
I really enjoyed this video! I have just started carnivore 4 days ago after a year of going on and off keto diet. I committed to carnivore for 30 days because I need to reset my body and completely detox from sugar. But the more I've been learning about carnivore I may stay on it longer because I would really love to get the extra benefits of depression relief and anxiety relief in addition to the others you mentioned here. 😁
I’m on day 19. I REALLY miss food diversity and the joy of cooking it. I’m seriously depressed about that part. My favorite is pho soups and that’s gone… But the change. For the first time in 5 months I don’t have joint pain. I was close to jumping off a bridge mentally. My psoriasis is down to 5%. Skin feels great. And that’s only after 19 days. I hope I can add rice into my diet one day or just have a cheat day here and there. Life is so much different and eating isn’t a social thing anymore. I eat alone mostly now because the rest of the family hasn’t changed.
@@roadstories007 I can't even imagine giving up the incredible diversity of foodstuff even though I have had ever worsening joint pain in most of my joints for decades and would love a natural, non-drug relief from this pain. How can people give up all foods except meat and possibly dairy? They must not like or care about eating and meals that much! I don't even like meat in large quantities to begin with. The thousands of testimonies are pretty compelling but I don't think I could do it!
My hair falls out like crazy, I have been wanting to try the carnivore diet for a few months, hearing about better hair health has me sold, thank you for this video!!!!!

I eat carnivore 90% of the time for about a year now. The main things I eat are beef, fish, eggs, whole milk, cheese and butter. I’ve noticed hair retention and deeper hair color, eyelash growth, no bloating or stomach aches, gums have turned pink from brown and are stronger, teeth whiter, muscles feel tighter without too much working out, tighter skin, smooth/even toned skin, sleep through the night, joint pain gone, increased mental focus, way less fatigue, no anxiety/paranoia, satiety for once, cravings for sweets and breads gone, easier food prep, easier time shopping for food, periods are less bloody and crampy the more red meat I eat. The best part is that people I’ve known for years have asked me how I’m aging backwards and my daughter’s friend initially thought I was her big sis!
Love your video! I’ve only been Carnivore two months but, I’ve already lost 18 pounds, my face has cleared up, I’m sleeping much better and best of all, my joints don’t ache anymore!! This is going to be something I can stick with because I feel too good to go back!!
I'm just over two weeks in and feel so good! I didnt even realize it until watching this video that the "calmness" and spiritual aspects were from this lifestyle. I'm weaning off anti depressants and cannot describe how great I feel. Thank you for this video!
Hi, I’m no longer on antidepressants 👍🏻 I’m calmer now and I don’t worry as much. I have a few more inches of fat to go I came across Dr Berry somehow and I started binge watching carnivore stories. Love it👍🏻
You are adorable!!! My story is pretty similar to yours; carnivore for a year and a half, and loving it! Better teeth, hair, focus, digestive health, muscular integrity, major spiritual awakening, and way more calm and even-keeled. Better in so many ways. Very stubborn fat loss, due to 65 years of breaking my metabolism over and over and over from eating carbs, sugar, low or no fat, and avoiding red meat. So dumb!!! I know now that this should have been my diet all along. Thank you sooooo much for sharing your story and your honesty. Subscribed!
I love Love LOVE you and your story!!! I totally relate to the Dental changes ie teeth moving, feeling cleaner, and the "fat Loss" not weightloss! The Jiggly check lol!!!! All so true! Such a great inspirational story that I needed to hear right now. I keep caving into the carbs and then crawl back again hurting to carnivore to fix myself. I need to stop the vicious repeated cycle! I am working on it. Pray for me. Anyway. Thank you for your channel and I look forward to watching and listening and learning more from you.
Totally love this way of eating. Yep, that bloat. I had a huge belly. Also anytime I don't eat this way the belly starts bloating again. Love the no prep life too although I love to cook.
The spiritual awakening has been beautiful for me, too. Meditating on the Bible feels like a whole new world. I think eating so much fat (thus realizing its value) I can really understand the idea of God anointing me with holy oil, and can feel it and understand how the ancient Jews might have understood this. It is such a beautiful thing to experience the analogy of the body in taking care of it with this woe as an expression of and aid to the healthy spirit. I kinda restarted last this woe week after being on and off since march. I feel great...face is clearing, waist is thin. However, I'm starting again with the keto rash and my hair is falling out. I feel you~ I have struggled with hair loss and I am only 22. But I know this too shall pass, and my skin will be clear and my hair will be thick! Thank you for making this wonderful video!
This made me tear up. I’m just new to this and the Holy Spirit led me here and I’m so grateful after so long of a hard road of trying all things. This is a huge eye opener!
For the first 2 weeks on carnivore my gums were sore but i think they were just in healing process because after that they became very strong and no problems
Great post..I'm 90 percent carnivore I still will have some veggies. I love onions with my steak and sometimes I want a salad so I have it. Every 2 to 3 weeks I may have a carb meal or dessert that I still love..Then I fast the next day and return to carnivore. I have found that some of the carb meals I use to love I can do without now. I still love bread but I don't feel good after I break and have it and it also messes with my mental state. I look forward to your next post.
@@heatherclark8668 I'm right there with you. If it works for your body thats what you do. If there are carnivore police to hell with them. I have found 90 percent meat agrees with me but I still may have carb meal. I was born in the northeast..I was raised with great ethnic food around me. If I'm due for a treat I will indulge completely then do a 24 or 36 fast and return to my normal carnivor-ish meal plan. To much carbs and I feel like crap. If you are healthy and bloodwork is good then Do You. No one know you better than you do. Also check out Dr Mindy Pelz...She has some fasting protocol geared for women...I think she is another one the best on RUclips
Awesome video! My story is that of a OEF soldier injured downrange. Impacted spine and neck, replaced Achilles tendon and many other injuries from being Airborne. I started getting really fat from depression eating and was radically spiraling down the abyss and hospitalized for major sleep deprivation.. once I started the carnivore diet I went from fat to muscle and sleep way better, my clarity came back and I keep saying only if I did this starting in middle school... it's a game changer!
I have had the same experience so far with weight loss. Lost about 15 lbs in the first few weeks, then nothing for 2 months. But I lost size, especially belly size. Learning to listen to the “full” signal. Identifying foods that cause me problems. Apparently I’m gonna need to wean off dairy🙄 Thanks for sharing your journey. Videos like yours really help the rest of us
I can definitely relate to these top 12 benefits. I used to have severe allergies in TX, had to get allergy shots twice a year and carry Visine-A eye drops. Now after nearly 3 years, no allergy symptoms. Most of my issues I had came from Vegan diet, which I did for 2 years and it nearly destroyed my health. The diet have me high blood pressure, and I battled gout at a young age. A year on carnivore, (eating all the red meat), no gout flareups. It goes against everything my doctor told me NOT to do. Awesome video.
Ive been trying to lose weight for years.... i have lost 14 -25 poinds then yo-yoed but ended up putting more on! I have been eating chicken breast for six weeks and lost 28 pounds! I am never craving anything. On a saturday I eat a meat sandwich. Its dropping off me and dont feel deprived at all.
You have described EVERYTHING that plagues me in this video (less migraines)! You have no clue how this gives me hope! Thanks so so much for sharing this video. I'm so excited continuing to explore this option (2nd day in). All the best. Please keep the videos coming
The movement of teeth!! Yes!!! I've asked People about this for years. Not wobbly, dentist said my teeth were perfect, but I eat something particularly cold or hot and my front teeth move!! Just started carnivore. Only a few days in after being vegan for five years. I already feel the calmness you talk about, that everything is really okay. Sleeping better. Feeling satiated. Loads of free time from shopping to preparing meals let alone the mental space not to think about food!! But best of all I am in love with eating again!! I enjoy my steak meal and thank the animal for giving its life to help me each time I eat. Can't wait for more benefits, psoriatic arthritis and psoriasis to be gone 🙏🙏🙏Thanks for this video 😉😉
I used to think that too, but there are amazing benefits from not drinking caffeine for some people. Try a month without it, you might not want to go back.
Heather, 2 months and I am beginning to experience everything you are talking about, but I am losing the weight that would not come off eating a typical "healthy" diet. Love carnivore! Energy, focus, less hair loss already.
I’ve been doing OMAD and 2MAD, low carb and carnivore, depending on my menstrual cycle. Like you, one thing I’ve noticed is the BO😅 I don’t need to use deo anymore. I can just spray 70% ethyl or ispropyl alcohol and I’m fine until the next day even during summer when I sweat a lot. It’s amazing!
Hi, I just started a Carnavoire diet after doing keto for 3 years. I've nearly spent the last week eating meat and eggs. Even after doing keto I had low energy and headaches and wanted to go back to keto. I stuck with it and it looks like it was just getting rid of the last glycogen stores. Now I have so much energy and when I wake up im instantly awake. I to have noticed my teeth are getting stronger and they have stopped bleeding when I brush them.
All carnivores should start going to the doctors and educating them about this way of eating and living, asking them to study our blood results and documenting our health improvements. I also noticed this interesting fact that after workout I don't feel sore almost at all anymore. Before, each time I resumed working out after a period of slacking, I would be struggling to move my limbs without pain next day. When I started training on this diet I was very cautious about overtraining but I was surprised I didn't get usual soreness. So I keep pushing with heavier weights and still hardly any soreness. This diet seems to be for life. I am convinced
Thank you for sharing your story! I've been carnivore in the past and definitely felt 100 percent better on soooo many levels. I'm doing a three day fast right now, then will return tomorrow evening. Your success is very encouraging!
Heather, thank you and I'm enjoying hearing about your results. I, myself, am on the carnivore journey. I started three weeks ago. I had to start. I tried the keto diet but I just couldn't stay on it. I did find a lot easier to do the carnivore diet. As for why I had to start, I have type 2 diabetes. On top of that, I got laid off and have no medical insurance. I knew that keto would help but as I said, I couldn't stay on it. When I started the diet, I watched my blood sugar go from 298, to 199, to 150, to 128, and so on. When started, I was doing it daily. Now, I'm testing twice a week. The last time I tested it, it was 100. I followed Dr. Berry's recommendation of eating as much meat I wanted within a 6 hour window, between 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and then nothing in the other window. I only drink water. I'm feeling better. The numbness in my legs and feet is slowly going away, in fact, I've gotten very ticklish. I don't sleep as much. As for other things, I need to find a job and get insurance so I can see a doctor for those. I won't be surprised if my numbers show that I'm in remission as the doctors like to call it. Anyways, glad to see someone else's results. I'm gratified.
It truly is a unique feeling to only eat meat. I never thought meat could taste so good. My wife and I are on week two going from a keto diet. Really easy transition.
I am not eating carnivore to lose weight. I am 70 years old, and I have a lot of “those” medical issues - HBP and cholesterol that was high enough to require a statin. I have arthritis in my neck and spine. I’ve had spinal surgery in my neck and lumbar area. I have been in some type of pain in my back, neck, and head for SO long. It isn’t debilitating, but it’s distressing because Tylenol and stronger pain meds just don’t help. Those are the reasons that I am doing carnivore. I’ve only been eating this way for two weeks…beef, bacon, butter, eggs, and I’m going to add chicken thighs and legs for variety. So far, I’ve lost 6lbs, my gastric issues are greatly improving, the pain in my neck is easing a bit. My BP is fine…I’m hoping it will improve to where I don’t need meds. I won’t know about my cholesterol until I have blood work done in Feb 2024. I hope to be able to sleep more deeply eventually. I feel better, but I really am looking forward to my health improving drastically. I love these videos because they, and the comments give me so much help and hope! Oh yeah, I’m also hoping for my allergies to improve where I no longer have headaches every day.
Awesome video. I agree that the benefits are amazing. I've been on carnivore for over eighteen months now and my life is better for it. I lost 56 pounds and I've kept it off. I no longer have dry skin or digestive issues. I haven't had indigestion in over a year and it was once a daily thing. I could go on and on, but you get the point. Peace and blessings.
I’m 8 weeks in and noticed a lot of the same benefits as you. My hair stylist noticed that my hair looked fuller, I could tell she was quite surprised by how noticeable the change is. I think my favourite part of the change is how much more energy I have. Side note: 25 pound down and counting.
I thought it odd that I was 'the only one to comment' as well, these were such helpful observations!👍👍👍
It looks like this diet can be good for ADHD, any thoughts?
Yes it absolutely is.
@@HeatherLeGaux thankyou!
Did you have constipation? How long did it last? I'm thinking about starting .. I'm on Keto Omad now
You look so healthy! I’m 69 and I look 20 years younger. Almost 7 years carnivore.
Wauw!

Thank you Sir!! I'm honored that you commented :).
@Janna Both 😊.
I love how i see Dr Ken commenting in carnivore youtubers... ☺️☺️☺️
Super encouraging!!
OMG Dr Berry commented on your video! You are now a carnivore superstar!
“Oral health.” I’ve been KETO for 2.5 years. I had split bottom molars or both sides. About 9 months into Keto, both of my teeth mended themselves! Thank God
That's amazing!
for real?
I've worked in the dental field for 40 years. Split teeth do not mend themselves. However, if you had cracks with symptoms, you may feel better now from that. Sorry to contradict your comment .
@@carolmeldrum765 It is possible for a tooth to repair itself if the damage is minimal. For example, if a tooth with a crack on the outer level and a minimal fracture line that does not cause pain may repair itself over time. The healing process is known as remineralization and refers to the minerals in our mouths.
@@LeviPage You are correct. I was referring to a split tooth. Too large to repair itself.
Hi Heather,
I have been on carnivore for three months, my doctor recommended this when I was diagnosed with PCOS. My period has become more regular and I am ovulating, I have lost 35 lbs, my skin is clear, I have lots of energy and I am focus. I no longer have a sugar crash like I used to, my nails and hair grow like crazy. I truly love this lifestyle it has changed my life completely.
Awesome that it was your doctor that recommended it. Congrats on your results!
You have a great Dr. 🙌

Wow that is wonderful! Thank you for sharing!
The 44 and a 1/2 inches that you lost in 1 year 4 months, how many pounds waz that?
That's awesome!
Actually humans are carnivores! Just look at the shape of our stomach
It’s wild how quickly things heal once you stay away from grains and greens.
Same her..down 18 pounds and no more gas! I was the gassiest person in the world when I ate grains....not kidding, it was a thing. Now I'm all better and feeling great.
I didn't lose anything. Three weeks on carnivore 😂

Because you are ....the animal you were designed to be, welcome to true humanity.
I could go on, and you know what I mean lol it's like being reborn or something 😃
Right now, 08/07/2020, I've lost over 50lb, I have about 15/20lb left to go, and then I will go shopping for new clothes.
Wow! Thank you so much for sharing your story! Right on!

Ricky, There is a strong likelihood you have a gluten intolerance.
Any update on your carnivore change???
I am 62 & believe arthritis was trying to set in. Being carnivore has definitely kept inflammation at bay. My mother had it in her hips & I am definitely trying to avoid that.
Saw the Avatar and didn't realize Halle Berry ate mostly meat.
Right!! Exactly what I was thinking. Got that Halle vibe.
She's much prettier than Halle, natural beauty.
Halle has diabetes and is on a keto diet, has been for years
I have been following Carnivore since Mid March.
Wow that is amazing! Thank you for sharing your story!
Your skin is just beautiful! This is clearly an excellent choice for you! I am in the process of implementing this for myself.
Thank you so much!
I am on day 4!
Congratulations 👏!!
Wow! That is such an amazing story! Thank you so much for sharing. I am so happy that you are free of that pain!
Most women are crazy triggered by their periods.
Same here!!! And I'm only on day 7 carnivore and the healing I'm experiencing is insanely beneficially!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Flawless.
What is organ supplements?
I've been carnivore/omad for a little over 2 years and keto off/on for 4yrs prior. It's the best I've felt in decades.
how does carnivore compare to keto?
@@gavtex1065 Wow, that's amazing! I would have thought that keto would have given you better energy because of, y'know, the ketones, but maybe not.
Wow! I am so glad you are feeling better!
Hormonal headaches dissappear?
Omg yes monthly bloating gone too ,still get cramps but notasbad x
Deodorant being less necessary is interesting. I recently wondered when humankind decided we needed to wear deodorant.
maybe when we stopped being nomads, came in from the fields, and moved to the cities to work in industrial plants... many people in hot factories before a/c was invented mustve been stinky!
When we started eating carbs and shit
Carnivore for 4 months: no body Oder, no body moisture required anymore, no itchy scalp, don’t need to pee in the night, no more farting! Who would of thought
If I could relive my younger days - ignore the food pyramid and eat lots of meat. Drink way less coffee. I spent too much time tired, brain fogged and sleep deprived.
Thanks for watching! Please comment if you have a healing carnivore diet story or if you are interested in learning more!

Hi Heather,
I just subscribed to your channel today.
Thank you for the encouragement! Congratulations on starting your journey!
Hi Heather, I just started the carnivore diet on September the 2nd, After being a vegetarian for 45 year! Thanks :)
Wonderful!
Started 4 September and it gets boring. I have noticed no more crashing but having crazy sweets craving
Agreed! Fat really does the trick for cravings!
@@josemunoz-mu7qz just eat some fruit, honey or raw dairy. Nothing wrong with those sources of carbs as long as you don't overdo it. Watch Dr Paul Saladino (Carnivore MD)

Thank you for your video. Very helpful. Not sure if you have on a filter or makeup but your skin looks amazing!
Yes! Thank you so much for sharing that!
Yeah, a sales pitch for eating healthy. 👍
I know what you mean about holidays and friends. I'm like an alcoholic trying to socialize in a bar, sigh.
@@patriciagename691 I feel that
I've been drifting more and more toward total vegan over the last ten years.
That's amazing! Thank you for sharing!
Good for you 👍 in the long term vegan kills the body and brain.
This woman radiates light. Lovely to see.
Thank you!
I AM ON THIS DIAT FOR ONE YEAR NOW.
I NEVER FELT BETTER
Carnivore is amazing! And your skin looks great! I'm 25 and you look younger than me!
Thank you so much! And thank you for sharing your experience! I will help many who read it 🤗.
You hit EVERY SINGLE POINT I need to fix in my body. EVERY SINGLE POINT. Great recording.
Awesome! You got this!
What is your meat eating? Animal feed has potential to be made of inflammatory ingredients like corn and wheat.
Watch your electrolytes! Pound Dr Berry's ketoade!
@@IndigoAwakener Huh. Weird. I had electrolyte problems on keto, but not even once on carnivore.

I’m on day 19. I REALLY miss food diversity and the joy of cooking it. I’m seriously depressed about that part. My favorite is pho soups and that’s gone…
But the change.

It’s refreshing to see African Americans doing this. Ive been searching to see how we feel on the lifestyle change. Thank you for your help

2 weeks in and it feels great! My workouts are beast! I don’t need any supplements and my waist has already dropped 1.5 inches. Great job on your success!
Isn’t it crazy how much we have been led astray by mainstream media and science i am very grateful that ppl like you exist
MSM and $cience is truly awful 😢
Subscribed!

Day number 1 on a carnivore diet. I'm really excited about all these benefits. Glad I found your channel!
This is exactly how I eat these days.
That's great! I would really recommend eating some fatty red meat though....your body, hormones especially, need lots of fat. Best wishes!

2 years on the 20th of this month for me and what a life change! Bless you!

I have a spray bottle with half saturated salt water (sole water) and magnesium flakes.... works a treat and bonus magnesium!
That's amazing!
That is absolutely amazing! Thank you so much for sharing your story!
You look amazing, i'm starting on my carnivore journey today
Good to hear this! I can relate, allready after 3,5 month of full carnivore.
Wow! That's amazing!
Just starting I’m on my second day carnivore omad ... wish me luck ... thanks so much for the video
Best of luck!
Carnivore is really the only diet you can do OMAD with and last the entire day.
Your skin looks amazing!
