The second was a surprise commission my husband ordered, which included koru for each of my family members and sacred geometry. Hi Shelia, thank you so much! they are inexpensive brushes from Aliexpress: 'Bogelinuo Nylon Flat head painting brush'. I was pleasantly surprised, took a risk buying thinking they would last 5 mins, but they are 8 months on and going strong! I just bought my second 6 piece pack. - Reina.
yes it has definitely been a slow climb Denise and I think we have one of the best channels, just not the numbers we should have. We go to air in Britain next week so that should help with awareness, Graeme

Hi there, thank you. I hear what you are saying, :) and there does seem be a fine line of 'copying traditional native art' (I respect that for many reasons), and being influenced by it. I am the latter, mine is more a fusion of many cultures and what comes out of my head. I have Maori (and other cultures) in my family, so I grew up with strong native influences, however I have purposely never closely studied Maori art, as I don't want to subconsciously recreate it, I want to do my own thing :)
