Hi Bronwyn! Thank you so so much for your video! I just found out my role today for DCP Fall 2023 and I am merchandise for Africa/Asia! I was hesitant about the location since I've never explored Animal Kingdom, but you brightened my day and gave me the confidence I needed! I'm super excited for this role and I hope to do an amazing job!

Im doing the Fall 2020 DCP and my role is merch! I didn’t have much experience with retail but have sold a few things while being a salon receptionist. This video really makes me feel more comfortable and not as scared with doing this role so I really thank you! i’m so excited and can’t wait for the Fall DCP! ☺️

I got accepted for February 2019 for the CRP so I’ll be in merch in Canada. Even though they’re different programs this really helped me get a feel of what it could possible be like. So thank you! I’m binging all your videos now ❤️😂

I do not know what your name is, but I have to say that you and I kind of both have much in common and that is because we both are huge Disney freaks. Working at Disney World isn’t really what I want to do when I get older, I actually want to become a local Nashville chief meteorologist. Disney World is just the place for me to go have fun at the four different theme parks, water parks, riding the rides, and I guess meeting and greeting the characters. I am happy for you that you got to work at Animal Kingdom as part of your Disney College Program over the summer

When you pin trade, do you trade pins the parks provide or do you trade your own personal pins?

Hi! I'm a DCP Alum and I worked merchandise in Fall Advantage 2018! Unfortunately, you do not pick where you work. You could maybe mention it in your interview, but I don't know if they would take it into account.

Thanks for the info! I’m trying to do summer alumni next summer! What were the dates like for when you want? And do you remember when applications came out? I heard they’re only out for like one week? I also heard you can apply for both summer alumni and fall advantage? Do you know how that works? Like they tell you which one you got or you get to pick??
How is it to give away shifts? I heard CPs can’t give shifts away any more, is that true?

My program was May 21-August 9. Applications came out about a week after fall apps dropped and stayed open for like 4 days. You can apply for summer and fall but once you get accepted for one of them it cancels your other application, so you dont get to choose which you want. and no CP's can't give away shifts.

i did mer in 2009 it was the best i worked in epcot,but got to pick shift everywhere.
