I don't think Eugene is self-absorbed at all (he low key is one of the most caring/attentive people across all of their videos) but on a separate note...being insecure doesn't mean you can't be self-absorbed/narcissistic. Sometimes being really insecure makes you more self-absorbed because you're worrying a lot about how you come across (aka, thinking about yourself). It doesn't make you a bad person, just something to be conscious of.

I don't think Eugene is self-absorbed at all (he low key is one of the most caring/attentive people across all of their videos) but on a separate note...being insecure doesn't mean you can't be self-absorbed/narcissistic. Sometimes being really insecure makes you more self-absorbed because you're worrying a lot about how you come across (aka, thinking about yourself). It doesn't make you a bad person, just something to be conscious of.
