I've had an abortion before and there was no unique smell like how Abby was making it seem like. Even the blood I bled due to the abortion, I do not recall any weird/off-putting smells. I can't speak for everyone but that was my experience. The fact that she said that makes me believe that she's just trying to instill more fear into people with little to no knowledge about how abortions are really like.
