Showed my 7 year old daughter this since she wanted to know how a package gets from Amazon warehouse to our doorstep. She didn't learn anything but at least she understands that some magic fairy doesn't drop it off anymore so I guess that's a good thing.

I Love the “exercise” part
I am handicapped and it is so hard to get to a store. I APPRECIATE AND I AM THANKFUL for amazon. They have everything I need and during the pandemic in the roughest times when stores here were bare.....I could get soap and shampoo dish soap paper towels toilet paper jeans dishes everything imaginable and it came so quickly. I was an Amazon customer long before the pandemic for about 10 years now and I LOVE their customer service and the prices the choices. Walmart prices on sometings are double from what I pay on Amazon. I will continue to be a customer to Amazon for as long as they are around. THANK YOU AMAZON!!!

I work on softwares which are used in these warehouses and online ecommerce websites. The product I work on is IBM Sterling. So I knew the whole flow of traffic in a warehouse. But seeing this video it has helped me more in understanding. True it has missed many relevant stages but anyways it was meant to explain in a layman term and not in detail.

I've never got any product in those "amazon boxes". I get my products wrapped either in a 2-3 layered bubble wrap or plastic wrap which offers literally no protection. Thats it.
I had ordered my OnePlus 3T, and it came with the oneplus box wrapped in bubble wrap (maybe only 2-3 layers) and of course, it was slightly dented from corners as happened with other 3T customers. Yup, a Rs.30k premium product was shipped like this.
Ordered 3 different keyboards (one costing Rs.3k from Logitech), were all wrapped with cling film/plastic wrap.
Ordered a Black&Decker drill machine, the box was wrapped with plastic wrap.
Way to go Amazon!
Report the problems to amazon lol, nothing will happen if you do nothing about it

I like online shopping, but the shipping process is always a bad experience. I hang around the house because they say that it will be there and then weeks later after I have completely given up hope a random person hands me a package that has been through hell and says oh here's your package.

and i thought that the specific shop wait for amazon to arrive at their shop and pick the product and then it is delivered.

I don't think so much checkup takes place for Indian deliveries..as because once I got someone's else's product and was never able to change it...till today!!
I really love "flipkart"not amazon it is because before date of delivery they had given me chosen items whenever I ordered.
And amazon shows 1 month for delivery date
Amazon is much better than flipkart..be it delivery,return replacement and especially the quality of products
