The engine map is slightly different from a 2015-18 scat and 2019s and up. That’s why it sounds different. The newer scats are SLIGHTLY faster stock for stock. Not a totally big difference but yea

This car is not great as far as bang for the buck the hp cool but it’s to heavy plenty of cars in the scat price range that will leave it behind on a roll with better hp potential but it’s a a great looking car still very quick for what it is
