At the end of the project you should edit some sort of movie 😃😃 I know I would love that I'm sure I'm not alone! 🍄❤️

You are doing great work! We are living in such an awesome time for mushroom cultivation with the grass roots genetics movement fueled by people like yourself. After 20 years of growing, it's so cool we now have awesome strains anyone can afford with a story behind them. If the supplier can't give you the history of the strain your purchasing, look elsewhere. This is a luxury we didn't really have even 10 years ago. MUSHLOVE!

As a Climate change degree with a focus on geography of food, a lot of my passions lay within growing localized lower cost foods both to remediate communities’ access to food but by localizing the plate, it’s currently the largest thing a consumer can do to ‘reduce their carbon footprint’ (i try to avoid that term though as it was created by oil companies to shift blame of the industry to the individual). This is such an exciting journey to see localized Colorado or North American strains and full tutorials on how to accomplish it too. Mush love

If you need a good name for a new mushroom type, "The Big Mo" is a great name for anything

Great Job! IMO by putting the block in fridge it will not give accurate performance data.
My refegerated spawn seems to under-perform vs spawn that has never stopped running.
Thats why I stopped doing it.
