    It's not too tough a workout for me, but still challenging, so doing the side planks exercises feels like a break. Especially after doing a few other workouts. Love the burn. Thank you Jacinta! 🩵💙🔥

      Oh yes. Know you can always adjust from supportive side plank on knees to full side plank as you please x
