Ive got a MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2019, Four Thunderbolt 3 ports), in the description you have it in a list of compatible macbooks for upgrade to Monterey and mine is on that, but when i go into About this Mac on mine and check for updates, the checking for updates part just keeps loading. Any idea why nothing is coming up ?

Can you skip versions? for instance update from high sierra directly to Monterey, or do you have to first update to Mojave? Then go from there to update to Monterrey?

Good question.. I was wondering the same thing as I'm running High Sierra also.
