Tata Nexon or punch videos showing its capable of off road ability , but why many cars warranty for battery is denied due to UNDERBODY protection Sheild getting scratched ?
Can tata confirm how does it affect battery cells?
Or is what surety or how safe are these UNDERBODY protection cases provide against Indian road conditions ?

Pathetic and terrible after sales service.
Avoid tata cars if you want to avoid wasting your time, wheverver it goes to the workshop.
You will find local mechanics much better in comparison to the tata service centres.
I had to schedule my appointments with tata workshop in such a way when i have 2 3 days of free time to waste following up with them.
They always deliver my car with some scratches or damages in the body after service.
