Tom Petty wrote the very first english song i ever listened to. My teacher wanted me to get me interested in learning a new language.
Instead she started an ever lasting love in great music.
mine started with Cat Stevens......( far away, there in the seventies )

Toni's talents are many but lately her vocal harmonies are so wonderful.
Tom Petty sadly passed away in 2017. You guys delivered a very tasty tribute to him. Sunday greetings to the US from Germany.

When Reina and Toni approached me with the idea of covering Tom Petty, I was interested. But when they dropped the bombshell of the video concept... frankly, I thought they were crazy.
They've shot videos on ocean fronts and mountain tops. Even travelled into outer space for the sake of their craft. But never could I have imagined something so bold - so daring.
You wanna talk pushing the envelope? In 10 years, when this has forever changed RUclips as we know it - we'll be able to say we were there when it happened. We were there when Reina del Cid covered Walls... in front of a WALL.

I attended only one Tom Petty concert and it was the last concert he ever performed before he passed. I’m glad I went. I didn’t realize I was a fan until I went and unknowingly knew literally every song.

Sometimes I miss Tom real bad. I’ve purchased the Full Moon Fever album 5 times. Kinda of like a person who robs gas stations and drives by stations that aren’t even on the way home (that was my Nicholas cage Raising Arizona reference for today). Do know why I do it, just the way I’m wired, I guess. I was deeply saddened when we lost him way way to early. The music lives on! This special version, what with the magical 12-string under Reina’s fingers. Luv’in it. Thanks for this one. It’s special.

That was awesome! I saw Tom Petty in the 80s. I had a few of his albums and recently gave them to my 17 yr old niece that bought a Fender electric guitar 2 years ago. Her and a friend Jam together I. The garage. I loaned my Martin D28 to my dad and I am itching to get it back. You all always sound do great.

I didn’t hear any wind. I’m always impressed with how good audio quality is. Even when you record outside. I actually enjoy watch the outdoors clips best.
