Came back to this oldie but goodie after a day of cross country travel. Laid a towel on the floor & made it work. It was definitely worth it & I’m going to bed far more relaxed than usual after a day like this. Thanks Sydney! 💗

It took me 2 wks to get to this point. I also did fast walking & cycling in between. I'll be 66 in September. I can feel my strength and stamina improving....I wasn't 'huffing & puffing' bringing the groceries up the stairs to my apt... my usually overstuffed grocery bags didn't feel so heavy! Definitely staying the course!!! Thanks, Sydney!!

I never liked stretching. I thought they were a waste of time. But now I look forward to stretching with Sydney every Sunday. I look forward to spending time for myself. I stopped putting myself last.
I've spent this week finishing finals and moving home from University- I've been spotty keeping up with the program, but I'm looking forward to centering myself and focusing on consistency starting tomorrow!
