How to use a HELI-COIL kit: The Mechanics SECRET Weapon!!

It's always a pain when threads get pulled out. That's what happened to me when I tried to install this thermostat housing! The bolt threads stripped and the previous coil job wasn't very good.... (yes I did the last job but didn't take the time I should have. I address all the concerns in THIS video!)
Helicoils are a GREAT way to get around buying a new part, or putting NEW threads into an aluminum component that has been stripped.
