I love how you explain things step by step.
Thank you for sharing the video Emilio, very informative. You are a legend
Hey I know you!! :)
Thank you!
Hi :) Came here to find out more about IT job titles, it seems that level 3 support is more often called engineers, whereas, the level 1 people are called support analysts, service desk, or simply technical customer service. Thanks for your video; it would be great if you could add info about the salary bands for the roles.
Hi, I liked you video much I´ll look for more, thanks
Great video!
I'm keen to go into Tech Support .
I want to find out whats your opinion with AI how will it impact those in Tech support?
Good video, great info. Just not a huge fan of the same background music playing throughout. May I suggest that you try to let it fade out after the intro theme (from 0:48-100) if you make new videos in the future.
Currently, II'm working as a Network Analyst in an ISP, I plan to become a DevOp Enigenner ASAP.
Thank you so much. Such a great content. I work in IT support managing level 1 support team and I want to switch career to machine learning engineer. Is it a good choice ? Or I need to stay in IT support? Thanks in advance
It's a completely different field and skill level. Depends on how much experience you have with statistics, programming languages, databases, etl and Software development
i'm level 1-2-3 and get paid like level 0.5
Then look for a job elsewhere. You have the experience and skills to be paid more
Probably should look for a job at a deferent company or negotiate you current pay with your current boss
@@samanthagriffinv2.08 I got a new job at the government. pay is good.
@@blackjew6827 nice congratulations
Help me brother how to get one😢
i just straight to level 3..dealing with cloud. so can i still get a job? :/
Thank God for explaining. L1 and L2 seem too simple. I rather start at L3.
I am an IT SPECIALIST I, working on a BPO company in the Philippines.
Hm po sahod? Tnx 😁
Do you do level 2 training
My title is support analyst and focus mainly for the police department and it's not including other areas of it
Networking desktop job ante L1,l2,le3 na growth untada
So from this standard. I got through into the level 2 Tech but being called a level one. I thought this was the case.
Please can you show us the day in the life of you? Morning to evening routine.
Hi, thanks for your comment and recommendation. Let me look into recording something for a future video
I guess im working in all 3 levels haha. I do everything from remote support to troubleshooting networks and systems.
the joy of small team, we tell user how to disable caps lock at the same time we use power shell to do changes on azure ad
Hello, I have a question concerning the helpdesk level 1 as a new graduate, is there a database with all the technical problems to help the new graduates with little experience!
Thank you for your time and answers!
Not really afaik, at least not one overarching one. Windows and other vendors generally have pretty extensive documentation, and more niche issues can be found in their help forms. However a lot of the connections between these services and how it works in your organization will not be there, as setups can greatly vary by company. If your department is not a hellhole, they should have a decently informative internal wiki with common problems, diagrams, etc.
Does the pay increase as you go up the various levels ?
Yes
No, they offer you less money because you start working for the thrill of being surrounded by Ethernet cables!
I just found out I'm doing Level 2 job as a Level 1 :D man this is funny :D
Hello can i ask? how did you get your job? Do you have any certs when you applied? Thanks 😁
I do all of it, i need a salary raise....can you go from level 3 to IT DIRECTOR?
Sure. If you are ambitious enough and know how to be a good manager
Was listening until you started talking about crappy software. Anything called “CleanMy” anything would not be used by any real IT person. That’s stuff my Mom would buy along with Norton antivirus.
Plzz say certificates in your videos
We r non English speaking audience
Level-1 Hardware/Device ---- Is the problem in Hardware/Device?
Level-2 Network Administration ------ Is the problem in Network?
Level-3 System Administration ‐-‐Is the problem in Operating System?
Level-4 Application Tester/ System Tester------- Is the problem relates to application ?
Level-5 Software Developer/System Engineer---‐-- Is the problem relates to application program?
Level-6 Service Level Agreement -------- System Manager/IT Manager
Not too wrong, but still incorrect. The video actually covers better examples for level 3 and 4
Oh ok good, I only did the comptia network + cert and was recommended only level 2 jobs and wondered if I had to do any hardware or device configurations
"It's pretty common" 🥲
