I've been a weightlifter for years, but have switched to lifting at home for the last 5 years. Some days it's hard to get motivated when you're not physically going to a gym. Sometimes I watch your videos to get motivated to start! Your music and upbeat self make me feel energized when I was previously feeling sluggish. Oh, and my 18 month old daughter, who randomly likes to join in with me sometimes, was doing squats with you!! Thank you so much from NC. ❤️

I'm not sure but I think the release schedules are the same. The classes I usually post have nothing to do with current releases. I pick tracks from past releases and mix them into my class. These are some of my favorites . I hope that makes sense. Thanks for watching.

No it's not you. My bicep music was copyrighted and my video was blocked. I had to change the music in order for the video to be played on RUclips. Sorry about that. It was a really good song too😞

I was thinking the same as you about the bicep track, fortunately as it’s all standing I quickly got the routine and was able to follow easily. I used to do Pump at the gym, but gave it up as it was getting too expensive so I’m so glad I found you on RUclips Melody 👌 I remember doing the Kelly Clarkson Stronger bicep track in the classes and really enjoyed that track, so shame you had to change that one, but still a good bicep track non the less 💪💪
