Day In The Life of a Top 0.1% Car Salesman

- Here is a look inside of what it's like being a car salesman for an 8-12 hour day condensed into 5 minutes. After the hurricane had hit southwest florida a lot of residents are out of vehicles and we have been super busy. I have been selling cars for a little over 2 years now and found success in this industry. Although it has its ups and downs I am fortunate for what I have been able to do and the amount of people I have helped. This video is quick paced and it's tough to record everything and give a full break down so here it is for those who like to read!
At a dealership you usually start with a morning meeting where they discuss sales and things going on. Next you will usually walk the lots and check on trade ins from the night before and new inventory arriving. Then you will begin making phone calls or if you do floor sales you will wait outside for "ups" which are walk in customers. You will go throughout the day managing customers and utilizing your CRM to help keep track of everything you have. Every dealership does things a little differently but for the most part their structure and road to the sale are the same. Car salesman do not really have a schedule within their hours of operation so it's up to you when you want to take a break or lunch.

I was in the car business for 24 years till i got completely burnt out and fortunately made enough money to have been able to take off and kinda do own thing. To anyone looking to get in the business, its not for everyone. The only way to know if it's for you is to try it. Many have tried, but few are chosen. You can make as much money as your willing to work for. Endless possibilities in the car business

Damn you sell 3 cars a day in Canada, you are at least making 1500, and if you are like me, a finance manager and a salesperson you will make well over 2,5k. The volume in states are crazy. I knew days where I could not sell3 laptops in rural canada while i was working at best buy lol.
