I said almost a year ago that the Chevrolet Trax is going to be very hot hot seller. Dave B, you are a salesman's finest for being a patient, flexible and honest person to your customers. I am sure that's also applicable to most of the other employees at Schumacher Chevrolet
Just rented a Suburban for a family vacation in Florida, 4 adults plus two car seats plus luggage. Anything smaller would not have worked. Tough to park but filled the bill perfectly.
We did that same a couple weeks ago. Only we went to Glacier national Park. 5 adults and one kid and luggage. Glad we stepped up to the suburban from the tahoe. needed the space. A pleasure to drive. Handled the Going To the Sun Road very well. Parking was an adventure at times.
I got my new Trax Activ that’s fully loaded a couple weeks ago. If anyone is thinking about, do it! You won’t regret it. It’s been an amazing upgrade from my 2016 trax LT.
@@cormaro13 no regrets here. I’ve never had any issues with any Chevy I’ve owned. I’ve only gotten at new one each time because I wanted to get a newer one. My last trax never had an problems and was only ever taken in for regular service maintenance.
@ashleyhoots cause that still explains all the recalls already and that low quality transmission from 10 yrs ago that they shoved in, that's known for issues lol Just get ready for problems on this, just cause u had zero issues doesn't stop it from being in died last for quality and reliability 😂 U think people would look for something with quality and more features instead of the trash they sell at chevy wanting u to buy every package even after being at the top trim 😂
Do you have Dave’s information or are you allowed to give it out? I have 2 dints on my hood from little pebbles popping up on it and a door ding that I would like to have removed without having to take it to the auto body shop.
hi Dave, I have one question for you... a dealership in my area is selling a used equinox without a front license plate holder but will install one for $40. Is that common or are they just trying to make money I live in Wisconsin which does require two license plates to be displayed. but I don't believe that is enforced because I see plenty of cars without a front plate or holder.
Dave...nice to see you disclose damage to a buyer...I recently purchased a new GMC and I stumbled into finding out it had 2k in damage...they accidentally left the estimate in the glove box ..found it 2 days after after my purchase,,,dealer said they had no obligation to inform me about damage...after some debate they agreed to take the veh. back.
only someone that likes to be in debt or broke would ever lease a Suburban…lets see 7-8% equivalent money factor + crappy residual + mileage limitations and you have said your dealer does a mark up on those so you have to pay another $69 per month in mark up….(the entire $2500) over 36 months….so you are looking at $1400-$1500 per month…only an idiot would do that…save up cash and buy it.
If I was a customer, I’d never put a deposit down to hold a vehicle….. It’s not going to sell with that hood & if it does? Oh well, there’s always another one. I’m actually shocked you’d sell it in that condition. Typically hail damage would be reported & repaired through insurance.
WOW brakes needed only after 32,000 miles.. my 17 Tucson has 128,000 miles with the original brakes and pads .. and it just recently passed state inspection.
Hey Dave, love the videos. I live in Jersey as well in the New Brunswick area. I know Livingston is an upper class, wealthier town. Have customers been concerned with high interest rates and sky rocketing monthly payments? Maybe a video dedicated on breaking down the typical buyer at your dealership. Thanks
Mentally I am still in the mindset of a Chevy Suburban costing about 37 grand and a Tahoe about 33 grand. When I hear 80 grand I can't wrap my mind around it
for the suburban, 8k is a pretty big swing for a truck thats bigger than what she originally wanted anyways. but 8-10 months is also a really long time time to wait. im curious what happens with that!
Hey Dave,,When do you think the Equinox EV will be in the landing at your store?...great Videos..Keep it up and thanks for what you provide to the public..:)
Those Trax are really nice. I was preparing to buy one when my dealer told me that GM is going to build the Bolt. That was a month ago. I still have no build date . Also the Chevy website still says order has been submitted but GM has not accepted it. Is this normal? Thanks, Mr. Dave. 🚗 🇺🇸🔌
I haven't bought many cars in my life (2), but I hope that if a car I'm looking at is not available that a salesperson would show me other appropriate models.
I never have made any appt.s to see a car salesman. I just show up and look on the lot or talk to an internet salesman.. but never made any appts. My life is too busy .. and I will stop and look at cars on my time.
These days it is good to schedule an appt (on your time) to be sure the vehicle you want to see will actually be there and available to you if you want it
Unless a car dealer is going to clean my teeth I am not going to make an appointment. When looking at bunch of dealers they're sitting there calling you because you're late.
Anyone else currently in Auto Sales?? Check in here!
I sell Mazdas.
I sell Chevy. Trax selling like hotcakes
I sell Volkswagens in South Florida! Sold 2 new Tiguans today! Beautiful day

You should do car of the week. Each day you do a video you do a segment on that car
Loved the Bronco feature!

Hot seller to the service bay 😂 nothing but low quality junk with a 10 yr old transmission in it , you people need to learn some self value lol
Out of every 10 cars sold, how many are leased?
Chevrolet really made the Trax a sales winner. 100% improvement over the previous model.
And still low quality as ever with a 10 yr old Trans in it , glad to see your expectations are low 😂

If we decided not to pay to fix the car we would not retail it.. we'd just send to auction as is.

Did the vette sell? If so who sold it?

All dealers will be getting one RS trim to start but not until late fall early winter Ive heard
I think you have low self esteem if you're still going for a chevy lol don't u want something with reliability and dependable ?
Ed needs to be included in more video's.

Great review Dave.
What are your thoughts on the pending AWU strike and potentially the hit to the distribution of cars to the lots?
It is what it is. Not the first uaw strike and wont be the last
I work in construction about 67k a year in looking to start in car sales in the Ohio market I have experience selling.
Won’t belong before the bronco is recalled , if not already!!!
Recall is job one !!!

Wow still believing in that low quality junk still huh
Is everything selling at MSRP ?
Currently at MSRP on everything but Z06 and E-ray... although we do not have allocations for either anyways
Better pack it away like squirrels MY MAN CUZ HARD TIME THEY R A COMING 😮
I haven't bought many cars in my life (2), but I hope that if a car I'm looking at is not available that a salesperson would show me other appropriate models.
what about the white vette?
Still available at the moment
@4:45 I thought that was used as a guide while off roading, no?
certified but with dents? How is this certified then?
@Dave B sells Chevy: Why hasn’t that blue Trail Boss sold? What engine is in it?
Cause it's low quality junk😂
Eddie is Awesome
Dave I want to buy a new chevy colorado, is it hard to get right now?
Yup, we have been waiting about 4 to 5 months for sold order to arrive
Have you received the new 2024 Traverse yet?
No, they wont be out until some time in 2024
Low quality junk, u should think better about yourself 😂
Sucks Chevy thought people wanted a ev blazer instead of an off road blazer

Dave you say if you see a trax take it but I refuse at a 2500. To 2900 Mark up. You said your dealer is 395. Doc fee.
Yea, of course youd have to be happy with the deal first. Our doc fee is 389
If you're still going for low quality chevy you should be taking a head examine lol stop buying junk and thinking so low of yourself lol
How many faces do y’all have ong 😂😂😂
It’s a shame GM won’t make a competitor to the Wrangler and Bronco.
Why so it can break down just as easy and still be low quality in every way 😂
Hummer?
Ford Bronco. Jeep Wrangler wanna be. Wrangler comes with Gorilla Glass to prevent glass breakage
Whatever the reason those "tie down" looking things are on the front of the Bronco, they look stupid IMO.
