Hey Andy, I have a question, what if I post the cars on FB and Craigslist and then after customer text/call me asking where to meet and I say the dealership that I work and for some reason they don’t like this company, what do I do? The reason is sometimes people bought a car and didn’t like the experience that they have, what do I do?

Can you still get more traffic selling BMW? Do you have a program that helps high end sales people? I tried calling your office and the number does not work.
I have the problem of getting my customers to come in the dealership. How can I do that so simple and easy and not at the same time pressure them? In other words how can I get people to come into the dealership without pressuring them and to buy actually buy from me? Also, I'm starting to post vehicles on my Facebook page and I'm taking pictures of the sticker on the vehicle itself to advertise it and then I tell them only at Crossroads Ford come and see me and ask for me. My first posting of the vehicles were low in price.
I get really frustrated because at my dealership we aren't allowed to post anything externally. Not on FB or Craigslist. Frustrating. There are 2-3 showroom ups a day and 5 internet leads every morning that 12 people hit really hard. I am brand new and still have some fear and still learning the process itself. It isn't just about not making money but I can't practice any new skills when it is empty in here. I got the galley list to start prospecting previous buyers, but that is the only other option I am allowed here. My first three weeks I did 4 half deals (my ups, had help w/paperwork) and the last 3 were mine alone. I really enjoy the job but I am losing motivation and the more time goes by without a sale, the more confidence I am losing and the more fear is creeping in. I understand that fear has no place here and I am not scared of objections or asking the customer to commit and buy today. I am fearful of looking stupid and making embarrassing mistakes with the process itself. I have had very little opportunity to practice real-world techniques as it is completely empty in here. I am told it will pick back up in February and that this is the slowest time of the year. I am just losing motivation and starting to drag and doubt myself.
Listen if you hate your dealership and you’re down I would either find a way to win or go to a place that will let you post cars… But whatever it is take action and I got your back which ever way you go
