Wow, before pregnancy my arms were so much stronger haha that pushup section was a wake up call haha. Fun work out! 34 and a half week pregnant and have loved your work outs my whole pregnancy and love seeing the ladies who are at further weeks still cranking these out! You and they give me hope I can stay and be strong the whole time and birth my baby with a healthier bodied! thanks for all you do!
36weeks and love your exercise. from slow mode till whole body workout. my fave is your video from stretching and relax at the end. feel more energized and reduce my back pain

I'm 35 weeks and have been doing your videos for several months now. People keep asking how I'm feeling and the answer is "fine". I don't have any sciatica and any time my back starts hurting, or I start feeling like I'm going to get sciatica, I do one of these workouts, and it goes away. I think the stretching really helps.
