I have found that it gives me the same energy boost/ gets me over that afternoon energy drop as a nap:) No aches or pains in pregnancy. Grateful for your channel!

34w here, feeling pain in the pubic symphysis and carpal tunnel syndrome, discouraged by the pain, but this workout gave me new energy and didn't force the pain, I just didn't the lateral lunge

Did this wearing my 2 months old in a boba stretchy wrap! Perfect for a rainy day. Had to modify some of the moves to use my hands/arms to support his head but he slept soundly through it and I got a great sweat. Thank you!!

That was wonderful! Just the right level for me. I am 13 weeks pregnant and still struggling with nausea and very high sensitivity to smells... But if I can bring myself to do a workout of yours I feel so much better during it, though the nausea comes back shortly afterwards.
I had very bad leg cramps and back pain around 27-29 weeks of my 2nd pregnancy. I spoke to my doctor and she recommended prenatal yoga. I came across your amazing videos on prenatal yoga. Wow, I must say they made a huge huge difference in my pain. I feel more stronger and flexible than before. Now I make attempt to follow your video either for leg stretches or back pain and it always helps me put. Thanks so much for these lovely videos. I want to buy an exercise ball, I'm based out in Canada. Could you please a good brand for getting exercise/gym ball?
