My sweet boy is almost three weeks old and it is a life saver for me! He hates to be put down anywhere he will scream unless he’s in my arms, this allows me to move around the house and actually get a few things done which is super helpful, he typically falls asleep in there as well, I highly recommend this!

I love your baby wearing workouts! Works like a charm to get my 7 week old to sleep when he’s fussy in the evenings. Plus it feels great to get some exercise and stretching. I would love a more challenging and/or extended version of these baby wearing workouts! ❤

I tried this and my 4 month old baby boy lasted 6 minutes lol He is usually loved the wrap but I think he got too warm! Will have to try again - I enjoyed it while it lasted!
I'm glad I finally get around to doing this! It was motivating to know that I could have my baby with me. I wasn't a fan of the playlist, and my knees are still kind of weak for lunges, but otherwise it was wonderful to get my heart rate up and feel my strength.

I'm now 3 months and a half postpartum and started doing this baby wearing exercises and I love them! I can get my sweat on, I'm feeling stronger already little by little, my baby falls asleep during the workout and even my 3 year old joins the fun! (he even said i should also get barefoot and paint my toe nails to look like Jessica xD) thanks very much for this video, is incredible, I'm looking forward for more of these!!
found my new daily workout now. I did this and it was a struggle. My LO isnt a newborn anymore so the extra 17 pounds of baby really added to it. Extra plus put baby right to sleep!
Hi there,been following ur workouts throughout my whole pregnancy and honestly have never felt so active and healthy through any of my pregnancies,so a huge thank u to u for all ur advice and experience u share.my baby boy was born on 23rd September by c section which was a whole new experience for me,as had 4 natural births including my twin boys prior to this pregnancy.i was so prepared and ready for having my precious boy naturally after following so many of ur workouts including breathing techniques and preparing my body for the birth.its taken me until now to feel alittle more human and able to move and sleep more comfortably.i just want to ask ur advice on when I can start to think about working out safely again as missing it already and desperate to tone my stomach,as it's totally different now after having a c section compared to my natural births and struggling to look at it.😊
Congratulations on your baby boy. You will get clearance about 6-8 weeks after c-section. I know it hard to wait, but due to the risk to your incision and pelvic floor .. it’s worth waiting 💞
My baby is 8months so I had her n a diff position in the carrier but whoa I’m sweating from every pore I haven’t had a workout like this since high school when I was doing sports thank you altho my legs feel like rubber
I really enjoyed the workout and did it twice and got really carried away. Now i am seriously worried this can cause Shaken Baby Syndrome and have caused brain damage to my baby. Is this safe???? Edit: my baby seemed very happy and fell asleep soon into it. She never showed signs of distress except when i tried to put her down

Is there a yoga stretch back repair AFTER wearing a carrier with your 30lb toddler in it for 90min? Lol My entire back is in agony... including traps and neck 😭
So 3 days ago, my baby only napped for 30 mins but I really wanted a workout, so I thought I’ll give this this a try… and I didn’t know my legs could hurt so god damn much, from just 20mins! I feel like I’ve got my pregnancy waddle back, I can barely move 😅

I HIGHLY ADVISE not doing one legged balance stretches with your baby strapped to your chest.
Or just hold on to something like a chair or table so you don't lose your balance.
