My baby before that it was a 9 hour birth and definitely not as great haha! I'm 20 weeks pregnant with another baby and just finished her 14 day challenge. Jessica, thank you very much for another amazing sesh. I had a bad experience buying workout plans for pregnant women. To be honest with you I felt more active laying on the sofa than doing those programs and it was for the second trimester… very disappointed with wasting my money. And here you have an amazing workout plan for 2 weeks without repeating yourself, playing wonderful music, with warm up, cool down, affirmations, inspirational quotes, timer, previews… those programs we pay money for it doesn’t have any of the above. Thank you very much for what you do, I feel great and I feel I did a very good workout. I like that you keep advanced level that’s what I need exactly🙏🏼🙏🏼
23 weeks with my 2nd! I stayed “active” by working my retail management job last time around. Now I’m a sahm with a 2.5 year old and these vids are the best! This was my favorite one of the challenge I think! ❤ usually I get turned off by Tabata bc past videos I’ve don’t the instructor is annoying and too hype during the intervals 🤣 this was perfect!
I absolutely loved tabata before I got pregnant and throughout my first trimester so this video got me so excited to do at 28 weeks! It was a good sweaty workout but I was still able to do all the moves. Keep posting these!!

I was wondering if you have a postnatal workout/yoga/stretching day by day as I seemed to be in bad shape afterwords with pain and new to breastfeeding. Maybe something from super gentle to working back up to normal
This seems like the third leg day in a row. This workout and the last two should have been spaced out by upper body and stretching in-between. I think I'm out after a brief watch through to see what to expect.
You may not be able to do the single leg moves if it’s painful. These regular exercises may help strengthen and keep pain away. I also do recommend a pelvic floor physical therapist if it’s available for you. 💞 ruclips.net/video/lNdwrrTviVU/видео.html
the only thing I didn't like about this workout was the length...it was too short! Loved it otherwise. Added in some weights when I could. Might have to do another workout as an add on
