I am 23 weeks pregnant and love to stay in shape but I needed to stop running and doing intense workouts as it doesnt feel right for me at this time. These are perfect. This is my 3rd pregnancy and I am 44. Love this! It is a great pregnancy cardio. You can adjust the moves to fit where you are at, while still getting in a great workout!! I needed to slowly build up the time of cardio because I had not been doing as much since hitting the 2nd trimester. That just meant going a little longer each time and recognizing that doing something was better than nothing ❤️

I love these workouts so much; they are by far the most balanced-challenging but enjoyable-prenatal workouts that I've found! Question: If one feels able, is it safe to modify some of the moves to make them more challenging? For example, doing real jumping jacks, running in place instead of walking, etc. Mainly, is it safe to add more jumping/higher impact if the lower impact exercises are losing their intensity? Is it safe with minor prolapse and vulvar varicosities? Or should one just stick with the low impact or pilates instead of adding impact with these conditions?
Great question! There are lots of moms who continue to run or do “jumping jacks” during pregnancy. You want to make sure you aren’t getting any symptoms (leaking, pain etc) Your doctor or a Physio would be the best person to ask… especially for prolapse

It is normal to have 2 fingers or less. Bit also consider the depth and how much tension you feel. Also how it looks and if you are functional (no leaks, back pain etc)
