This was quite challenging, but felt really good! 💪🏻 I'm 29 weeks now and this is my first pregnancy. I also wanted to add that I am really grateful I found you during my pregnancy journey 😊 Love the variety of workouts that you post and really appreciate the great content you offer 👏 Thank you!
Yes! Loved that workout. I am also a Yoga Teacher & 14 weeks into my first pregnancy. I have been searching for someone like you. Thank you for the great content.
I discovered you at my first pregnancy almost 2 years ago and I’m currently pregnant with my second child (20 weeks) and I can say that I have become an addicted! Every day I woke up with the urge of doing one of your amazing work outs… Sometimes I don’t have time in the day so I end end up doing it at 10o clock at night just because I know I’ll feel much better after doing it 💪🤗 THANK YOU SO MUCH 💗
Jess, I thank you from the button of my heart! I'm 27 weeks pregnant now & practice your workouts 3-4 times a week. It's just... amazing! I feel so strong, powerful, energetic & happy. Also, I feel so calm if I think of my postpartum since I know your videos are gonna support & help me to reconnect with my body & with who I am. By the way: This one is my favorite prenatal pilates workout :) Can't thank you enough.
I LOVE these workouts! I am 37 weeks and have been doing these workouts since the first trimester. I am so grateful I found your channel! thank you for all the amazing content, It has empowered me and made me feel way more confident about giving birth!
This workout helped my prolapse (mild-moderate uterine and bladder) SO MUCH during my last pregnancy. I am 4 months postpartum and have almost no symptoms. I had no idea that could happen. It is also amazing for the hip and low back pain. Thanks so much for the help!
Found your workouts and I’m addicted! Gentle Strength training but so effective, Stretching and pregnancy safe! I’m almost 31 weeks and happy to be doing these in preparation for baby!
Hiii I just want to say I am SO grateful I found your channel 🥰 your videos have been a staple for me with this pregnancy and I really appreciate all the thought and effort you put into them! 💪🏾
I’m 25 weeks and I do your workouts 4 times a week together with swimming. I feel so good I can continue yoga and exercise during pregnancy. Thank you very much for making this possible, thanks to your videos I always feel safe working out and good that I can continue looking after my body and my health. You do an amazing job :D
This was a really great workout! I felt challenged and refreshed as well. I am 20 weeks now with my third baby and I’m so grateful for your videos. They’re always a highlight for my day. Thank you!
Still in my early pregnancy but felt really challenged. Kudos to the mamas who are doing it their later weeks. Power to us! Thanks for your great workouts.
Hello, I am 17 weeks pregnant with my first baby. I’m so happy that I found your channel! I can’t wait to try your workouts both pre and post natal! Thank you for everything you do. 🥰💕🧚🏽♀️
Another fabulous workout - I was looking for workouts like this for some time, so happy I found you! Thank you ever so much for putting these amazing workouts out here and making them available to us, Jess!!!
This is a wonderful combination of workout and stretching in between ,i am 15th weeks and it gives me time to restore my breath and release the muscles after each exercise ,keep up with such helpful approach !Could i ask for a video pls for lower back pain relief ?Thank you!
Hi Jessica! I really enjoy your workouts, started at about 28 weeks and now 36 weeks and working out daily :) will definitely follow after birth. I also like your calm voice and your pregnancy meditation videos. Thank you for posting such great videos!
I really enjoy all your workouts, challenging in a good way. With my first it was yoga but with my second I am loving pilates more. Fyi you missed the hammy stretch on the second side. I just paused and then continued on.
I sincerely appreciate all these wonderful videos that are helping me achieve a healthy, serene, and active pregnancy! I have a question: Is it possible to do the Pilates videos every day, or should I take a break between each session? Thank you for your response in advance!
Thank you so much for sharing this challenging Workout. I started with your Videos when I was 10 weeks pregnant. Now I'm at 16 weeks and I feel such much better, stronger and more energized.
Amazing workout! Did really feel it is so complete! The only thing I would suggest is to show as well the modification version with the pilates ball when we’re doing the back exercises in the floor as I got a bit confuse how to them while I was using the ball! 😁 Thank you!!
I have really enjoyed every one of your pilates videos that I've done! I always finish feeling more centered and ready to face the day. Even though this is my last pregnancy (my fourth), I plan to continue doing your workouts regularly :). Thanks!
thank you for your workouts! I am loving them. I was wondering if you have a specific protein powder you can recommend that is safe for pregnancy... thanks again!
Another awesome workout!! I have a question/ concern, I had a partially healed diastasis recti when I got pregnant again. I noticed my abs coming at some points in the workout, and I love them so much that it never occurred to me to think about if your workouts are diastasis safe. They are pregnancy workouts, after all. 😅Any other ladies in the same boat? Anyone modifying things to prevent 'coning?'
@@PregnancyandPostpartumTV Can't wait! Your pregnancy workouts have really been keeping me in shape and feeling good. I keep recommending your channel to all my pregnant friends. :)
This workout is great. It was quite challenging. I wonder how you do it with a smile and perfect form. So lucky to have found your videos. Currently at 28 weeks.
@@PregnancyandPostpartumTV I practiced yoga all through my first, but decided to mix it up this time with your pilates routines. Definitely a challenge I wasn't expecting, but appreciate ❤️. I will be watching your postpartum workout videos for sure.😊
This workout was quite challenging! I am 29 weeks pregnant now, and I’ve been doing your Pilates and Yoga workouts since I found out that I was expecting. I only gained half of the weight compared to my first pregnancy, my body is more flexible and I also don’t have back pain which has accompanied me throughout the third trimester of my first pregnancy. Thank you very much for all these workouts!! They really helped me a lot.
I'm 30 weeks pregnant, i needed a gentle but efficient training because today i'm exhausted and i'm not disapointed it was plaisant, soft but i still feel that my body has worked. Thanks, i'm probably gonna follow more if your training in m'y last trimestre. I wish you my best from France ❤
I love your workouts. Those pregnancy body suits are so cute on you. I wish I could wear one but having to go pee every hour and taking that thing on and off would drive me crazy!!
I really love your videos ! ❤️ One question: what is your opinion on lying on the back after the 2nd trimester ? Is it safe ? I am confused because some prenatal workout contains such exercises, but other not stating it‘s better to avoid... Thank you for help !! 😊
Hi Anna! I agree it’s better not to lay on your back for extended amounts of time (like sleeping on just laying there) because the weight of the baby and uterus can compress your Vena Cava which brings blood back to your heart from your lower body. However, to do an exercise on your back (such a bridge) you are moving up and down and this shifts the weight. You can also place a corner of a blanket under 1 hip to shift the weight. My doctor / midwife would put me on my back for 30 min to do an ultrasound or exam and said a few minutes was not a risk. However, always listen to your body / intuition and if it doesn’t feel right for you, avoid it and if you ever feel dizzy, move and see a doctor. This is also something you can ask at your appointments as well to ask what is best for you in your pregnancy! Hope that helps!
