Sirji, can you make video on calories intake and burn. Because as a layman, we don’t know how much calories we need, how much calories we take from our normal food and how much calories are burnt by doing a particular exercise? I don’t want exact number but general number will do. Thank you
Brother type TDEE go their that will give you your maintenance calories and cut 300-500 calorie from maintenance also start by burning 100 calories a day and you can use Nike run club app which is really good to keep track of your calories and after some weeks you will see results man

You can do what you want w/ calisthenics. Important factor is to work your muscles to failure in each set, whether with weights or bodyweight. Calorie deficit is a must for quick fat loss but to minimise muscle loss you want to take adequate protein, so whey is def helpful.
