      Don't forget on expenditure of calories over intake of food. More activity even walking would be beneficial in loosing extra calories of body.

    Sirji, can you make video on calories intake and burn. Because as a layman, we don’t know how much calories we need, how much calories we take from our normal food and how much calories are burnt by doing a particular exercise? I don’t want exact number but general number will do. Thank you

      Brother type TDEE go their that will give you your maintenance calories and cut 300-500 calorie from maintenance also start by burning 100 calories a day and you can use Nike run club app which is really good to keep track of your calories and after some weeks you will see results man

    Sir thanks for the video. Crystal clear explanation. One small question to reduce 20kgs of weight for 176cms male with current weight 90+ kgs . How many months or years to reduce weight . Can you please prepare a video over the topic "How often we should train our ABS (Upper & Lower)?" because i'm trying to cut down my belly fat and doing hard training daily, but it still remains the same. And please guide us the perfect and/or suitable abs exercise that burn lower belly fat fast. I'm in a profession in which i need to sit in front of the system around 12-14 hours a day. Please help.!

    Jeet Bhaiyya, is it advisable to be in a calorie deficit along with intense calisthenics to burn out fat fast? Also, in order to minimise the loss of muscle mass, during this course of time (calorie deficit + intense calesthenics), should we take Whey Protein?

      You can do what you want w/ calisthenics. Important factor is to work your muscles to failure in each set, whether with weights or bodyweight. Calorie deficit is a must for quick fat loss but to minimise muscle loss you want to take adequate protein, so whey is def helpful.

      Use BMI to know how much your weight should be. Age doesn't matter. It depends on your height.
