Never been much of fan of the 8215 movement but the upgraded hacking version I find much more acceptable and glad to hear they use the newer movement in there. This style very much reminds me of the style of watch is what I wore when I was active duty military, it sounds stupid but most of us didn’t want a watch with a battery in it since the fear was that the battery would die at the most inopportune moment. Cool watch but a bit pricey in my opinion.

To me it looks like the first step in the proper direction of a fashion brand. I quite like it, actually, even though I believe its base price should be where it currently sits after the discount, especially considering the tough competition it has to face.
Cheers mate. Yeah I actually quite like it when brands head this way instead of the usual model of new designs > limited runs etc. Agree about the price. I think if they could erode that margin a bit more it would be a nice little brand that has multiple designs, catalogue feel and budget. Thanks for watching 💚
I'm not a fan of fashion brands though saying that I have noticed more fashion brands coming up on my Instagram feed so maybe there's a calling lol. Can't believe this is only 38mm which would otherwise put me off but seems to fit ok on your wrist and my wrist is smaller in comparison. Nice walk about, I always thought Hull was a dive but you seemed to of made it look nice lol
The price puts me off a little but all in all a tidy little wear. Looks better in natural light, a bit more of a dynamic dial and Im not a fan of it in that strap yoh suggest (the Tweed one), no offence though mate 😂😂😂
I wouldn't consider them a microbrand despite what Maven claim themselves to be. The strap is great, I have a few parachutes myself and have one on my Boldr Venture. Speaking of which, pay a few more £££s and grab yourself a Boldr
