But Dave didn't want to kick out Gar, so that never happened.....Over And Out almost seems like a (friendly) message to Dave, "hey we can write great Megadeth stuff, even without you" 😄😄😄

It did. and the rest is easy to say. Most similar bands died out at the end of the 80s, In 1991 Pantera was going on world tours for the first time.
