I saw Pantera in 1993. I did not have money for the ticket but I went anyway , in the end I made friends with a group that was waiting for someone who came from another city , they never showed up , they gave me the ticket and I attended the best concert of my life . I've seen countless bands after that but none like Pantera. I will see Pantera again in December and I am as excited as when I saw them in 1993 .
1st time for Me was in 1991 in Minneapolis MN w/ Exodus & Suicidal Tendencies at 1st Ave. It changed My Life when I was 4 ft from Stage and Cowboys from Hell starting playing. The Strobe lights started and Boom....!! Dime was right in Front of Me. I had thrown an elbow to some Big Asshole Behind Me who was trying to get my spot and after the 1st song Dime leaned down and handed me the picks he had used so far. He told me later to see A Kid take out a 6ft 2 Dumbass was his highlight of night. I saw Pantera 12 more times before they broke up. I just attended PANTERA I Wis a few weeks ago and I'm going again to see them with Lamb of God This Aug 23rd in Denver CO
Saw Pantera multiple times back in the 90's including at a real small place called Club 1000 (which is long gone) in Nashville, TN when they played most of this album live before it was released. My friends and I were absolutely blown away at how loud and heavy these new songs (at the time) were when heard live. Phil was roaring like a monster. Great times
