Him manipulating his children is a whole other level of disgusting, that poor family was living with a monster. I can’t imagine the pain those girls had felt living under constant arguments, surveillance and manipulation, all from someone you’re supposed to love and trust.
And yet women divorcing decent men and then picking a manipulative and controlling man to step father their children is all too common. Why are we not asking why she would choose such a man? And don’t give me the “she didn’t know he was a jerk” when she married him nonsense.
I’m glad the young girl finally listened to all of the recordings and evidence. I’m glad she finally came to terms that her father did it and manipulated her.
@@donnaevans5131 She listened to those tapes, still thought he was innocent, & testified on his behalf. So your comment makes no sense. It was obviously the other evidence that made her come to terms with the truth.
I often think the family of the accused should get to see all the evidence before the court case. I know of cases where a family has stood by someone because they believe them and haven't seen the actual evidence. The family then suffers the condemnation of others.
He asked the 14 year old to listen to recordings of sex, violence, violent sex, abuse of all kinds. He UNDERESTIMATED the forensic IT team that reassembled the WHOLE story. So, he gave her jaded filed to listen to that no normal father would have ever wanted his child to hear. But, it wasn't until several years away from him that as she was becoming a young woman, very much her Mama's daughter, she listened to the restored files, saw the deleted footage, and could place all the puzzle pieces together on her own. But, I have a QUESTION!! Who is the THIRD daughter? There's the aunt, Alex who left in the nick of time, and Rebecca who he manipulated. Where's the 3rd daughter? Did I just miss it?
Amanda looks like a selfish girl.. who will be okay to be on the unjust side for her benefit. Even now, I see the difference between the first daughter and her. The way she talks, etc. She must have inherited certain cold blood from her father.
Monster. What he did to his wife and then what he forced his kids to partake in, was monstrous. To also force his kids to listen to endless hours of her abuse is beyond horrific.
This sadly happened to my friends mother. The guys camera shut off during the time she “went missing”. Her phone pinged two miles away and she left everything including her dog at his residence. She would never leave her dog. This happened a few years ago and she’s still not found. Happened in Fairbanks, alaska. People searched the area (off the guys property) an did not find her. I strongly believe he did something to her till this day…
I am so sorry. I certainly hope that it is resolved and your friend's mother is found. You said something that got my attention very quickly, I won't bring it up here though. I would very much like to discuss the case with you, but not in an open comment area or chat. Let's see if we can find a way to talk about it, if you like. I have qualifications.

As i am sorry for any body who goes through these things. You are innocent until proven guilty, if it were opposite, you are going to find much more mischief. Plain and simple.
I am so sorry for your friend's loss. Would it be possible to ask for help from a reputable psychic? Those who have helped the police for decades. I am amazed at how many cases they have helped solve.
These poor girls lost everything except each other. I'm glad they all had so much of their mother in them that they were able to come back together. My heart goes out to each of them.
Man the cameras catching the moment her body was discovered and all the raw emotion is just absolutely heartbreaking. Prayers for her children and loved ones. I’m so sorry
If he deleted footage of arguments and abuse he must have known he was in the wrong because if he believed he was right he would let the evidence stand
My guess is he's probably a narcissist meaning he's always right and finds away to convince his brain that he is never in the wrong so there's a good chance he didn't think it was wrong because his brain is wired to say otherwise. Or he did know it was wrong but just didn't care because again, Narcissism = Being Right 24/7 therefore why would a Narcissist care about another human that their trying to use.
I have so much respect for the detectives who remained persistent in this case. That’s the only way anyone was able to get justice for the death of this mom.
Typical abuser, blames his victim and calls them “crazy” Please if you’re in an abusive relationship, reach out for help, make an exit plan, leave and never look back. The abuse only gets worse.. RIP Nicki 🙏
It is wild to me just how many bad people are out there, how common it is, for people to be just so bad. Like, it's strange how so many people don't get that being good is what makes you happy and peaceful in life. So many are just so lost, and it's a shame that their badness causes so much problems for others.
That’s so true , and really if you get out with nothing but the clothes in your back and your children if you have children you are so much better off with just nothing than living in that mess. You will make it, there is help, you just have to ask. Go to a church or shelter, tell someone. But never let the abuser know your leaving. Just go and don’t look back, ever !
It's the first time seeing this case, this story brought so much tears to my eyes. I'm so glad that controlling and manipulating monster will stay behind bars forever. And as for the sisters and their aunt, I'm so glad you guys are together again because that's what their mother would've wanted.
It's just a rehash of the ABC's 20 for 20 episode about this case from 7 years ago. They just removed the narration from ABC's journalists and added their own. Same clips from the family and other people, just with different narration.
Those voice recordings were very difficult to listen to 😔 Poor woman, RIP Nique. I feel awful for the kids being manipulated like that too. What an awful person he is
Right. And this is what he left behind in an attempt to make her look irrational and paint himself as the more restrained party. Just imagine what the deleted recordings must have been like....
This is why ladies and/or gentlemen in this situation should never try to divorce the abuser, never tell them you are leaving; just do it. Just slip away, leave everything you worked for/paid for/etc because it's just stuff that can be replaced. Just quietly get yourself out of harm's way and to a safe place while you can.
I left everything behind but not my baby's I can replace things but not my life my now ex husband now deceased threatened to kill me in front of the mediator we were told to go in front of the judge right then he did the same thing with the judge the judge gave him 90 days in Bridgewater state prison . I never fight him he would always hang himself. But I am alive and that's what matters he broke my jaw and bused my kidneys and broke my arm and so on . I never said A bad word to my kids about him I figured they could make there own decision when they get older but my oldest son still remembers his father beating me with a baseball bat my son picked up a coffee mug and started to hit his dad in the back and I still never said anything bad he passed away and I felt bad because he never got see what wonderful kids he has.
@@lucikazmar13nowhere did the OP say to leave behind other vulnerable people/animals. They said leave the stuff. The stuff that is replaceable. Of course you slip away WITH pets and kids. Like come on dude.
This case brought up a lot of red flags that i missed in my own relationship. When this happened, it actually helped me see the similarities. The gaslighting. The recording. The attempts to turn family and make them think that you're crazy. And the fights. Pushing your buttons til you lose it and push back, then they record you screaming and yelling. It can happen so gradually that you start to think maybe it is you, maybe you really are the cause for all the bad things happening in the relationship. After i kicked out my ex, I was still paying for his bills and buying food. I'd cook him dinners. Thats when he started getting desperate and unpredictable. One time he had grabbed me by the throat and shoved me back towards the balcony, which was on the 10th floor. After that, i would text my sister or a friend every time i went in, and i tried never to go there. I also recorded, just in case. I ended up using the recordings and texts to get a no contact order. Havent seen him in 5 years and i still dread running into him someday. Sorry for the long post. It just makes me queasy every time i hear this case. Anyone out there who may be in a similar situation, you know this isnt how love should be. You know this at the back of your mind, in your heart. You know in your gut that you deserve better. Please please listen to those instincts, it might save you.
I think your comment is a really good example so that people forgive themselves if they can't leave when they know they should. Please take into consideration this story and others. Someone told me that when she got her alcoholic husband finally out of the house, she helped him clean, set up and furnish his house. The next day his mistress moved in with him and she has not been welcome since. For myself, even with his break-ins after I got him out, I still did not want to call 911 or charge him just because I didn't want my daughter to have a father with a record. Now I would call 911.
Yeah after calling her murdered mother insane and ignoring all the abuse she witnessed. Even if i fully believed my dad was not Guilty there’s no way in absolute fuck that i would throw my dead mother under the bus. The girl is spineless and self serving.
@@moeshaden3788 Amanda was old enough to understand what was happening. She knew her mother was hurting and then sides with her monster father. She heard the recordings.
I appreciate the respect this channel has for the victim. So many true crime channels treat the victims like garbage. For example, “popcorn murder stories” had no respect for one victim who called them out for it. While they are a podcast, it’s still an example. People, it’s been like 2 months, stop replying and coming at me 😄
There are several RUclipsrs that have covered this case and I’ve seen them all but this one is by far the best. Thanks for doing it in a respectful way for the victim and her family. This video brought back so many horrible memories of how my stepdad used to beat on my mom. I remember many nights laying in bed and hearing their fights and always worrying about my mom. My stepdad had the worst attitude especially when drunk. One night making up they decided to go to the casinos and my stepdad ended up loosing a lot of money playing blackjack, my mom would only play video poker but of course for some reason he blamed my mom for all the money he lost. On the 2 hour drive back home they began to argue. He got so mad that he pulled over on the side of the interstate an hour away from home and yanked my mom out of the car then left her on the side of the road in the middle of a tropical storm. I remember waking up when he got home and when I realized she wasn’t with him I started crying because I thought he had done something really bad to her. When I woke up the next morning thankfully she was there. That same day we packed our things and left, my mom had had enough. I know that had she stayed with him it was only a matter of time before he did the unthinkable. My heart breaks for this family I can’t imagine the grief they had to endure after losing their mother only to find out their dad was the one responsible.
Its so sick how the Dad's family disowned them for finally thinking for themselves and seeing the evidence for what it was. Terrible people for supporting that monster. You would have to be completely oblivious or ignorant to listen to those tapes and not hear it for what it was.
@@Kat.Evangeline14That''s a recreation, not the actual video. They never mention that any of the incriminating video was recovered. Don't think they somehow recovered it later and used it here without ever saying that
@@LovelyLass-nb8op but there's another factor you need to take in account on top of all that, there has been good hearted responsible families that raised kids to know right from wrong and to always be kind and do the right thing, but there are still people who becomes severly messed up like him,and theres been a few cases on that as well, some time along the line those people after leaving their families had a screw that went lose in their head and the went beserk and crazy,i cant speak for their father, but sometimes its not always the families fault there are just some things that goes wrong and they flip a switch heading in the wrong direction then they become crazy over time ,just like their father.
If he _hadn't_ killed her, can you imagine how he could have used those tapes _against_ her for _custody?_ No one would understand what the hell was happening in that household. _She_ sounded like a shrew while he was just "trying to calm her." She would've lost custody _and_ her mind. Lose-lose. RIP Nique.
Thats why when i see m0st women acting this way I can assume the man is manipulating the situation. This is what most narcissistic abuse victims end up looking like.
Okay but many people see through those types of arguments, especially that first detective. I think for me, there are certain ways people escalate and conversations build and go together whether someone is suffering from mental illness or not. There is still a type of thread. That thread didn't exist in those arguments but I think it is difficult to explain that to every juror.
Yes, the abusers know how to push buttons. The abused can go from 0-60 in mood from previous arguments and the futility. The only thing an abused person can do is to leave, if and when possible.
@runningamok 🎯 Narcissistic personality disorder individuals are inherent pros at reactive abuse, coercive control, and elaborating framing their victims. It’s pure evil.
So difficult for abused people to admit that they’re not ok. The abuser controls and convinces them that somehow this is all their doing, and if they would just behave correctly none of this would happen. WRONG !! The abuser is causing all of this because they are flawed, not their victim(s). Please just tell someone that you are not ok.
He had all these surveillance tools to gaslight people into thinking the reality they experienced wasn't actually real. He's truly one of the most evil people ever. The only difference between him and the worst serial killers is the body count.
No, telling someone is dangerous too. You dont control if they jap their mouth or something happens because someone knows... Just leave quietly and dont leave traces
@@x13xmonkey yes! It’s harder sometimes for men if it’s a woman abuser, they are even more embarrassed to say it out loud. Always yell it out loud. Abuse thrives in the silence.
So overwhelming to me the amount of maturity Alex had from a very young age. It make me cry tears of happiness to know she didn’t hold the manipulation against her sister and waited and craved the renewed relationship. These 3 girls need each other desperately forever!!
I’m so happy they were able to be a family again, My sister and I were separated when I was 5 years old and seeing her again at age 20 and having her a part of my life has made my life feel complete so I can imagine the feeling and the love they are going through.. I’m also happy the dad was found guilty and will never ever see freedom again
What a horribly insecure, manipulative little man who ripped his family apart and caused untold damage and trauma to his daughters and their most important ages, where they develop from young girls to young women. I hope the girls know just how much their mother loved them, and it took her being killed to abandon her family.
True. Had he got a job instead of letting her do all crazy hours to pay the Bill's The insecurities wouldn't be there. Its important when both people work.
Thank goodness the sargent/detetive did not give up on this case. Thanks to the forensic tech department for all their hard work on this case. So glad Alex got out and that she, her sisters, and her aunt rekindled their relationships. So glad they are all now doing well.
I am so glad he got life without parole. He will never see anyone in his family again. It's so great that they got back in touch with each other and rebuilt what this man had taken away. Their mum would have been so proud of them❤
So glad the girls were able to restart their relationships, its just a shame they lost 8yrs all because of that monster. R.I.P beautiful Niqué you deserved so much better 🕊 ♥️
When i first sought counsel for my prior relationship, i was in disbelief. The therapist told me i was on a dangerous fast track to winding up another victim. She described my ex's "patterns of control" and inability to regulate himself as a tell tale sign of what was to come. Yes i was extremely depressed, isolated from everyone and being highly controlled but the idea of him physically abusing, let alone murdering me seemed laughable. Within maybe 3 years of being told this, the prophecy came true. He was mentally unwell and would have psychotic episodes and blackouts. He was arrested 3 times in 6 months for a variety of assaults, property damage and disorderly behaviour. It ended when he destroyed my entire apartment, nearly killed himself and thought he had murdered me. Thankfully I wasn't even home (he was that unwell) and he dragged an old door to garbage bins instead of me. He confessed to the police that he had "done something to his girlfriend" despite me standing there right next to them.
I hate that he was allowed to have contact with the younger daughters while being in jail accused of murder. He shouldn’t have been able to manipulate them like that 😢
You are bearing false-witness. What proof do you have that he was able to manipulate his daughters. That he may have murdered his wife, I can not bear witness. But, I can say in good faith that the allegations against him may be false. Yes, they may be true, but the evidence does not prove but only provides suspicion that he conspired to persecute his wife. The same may be true that another may have committed the act, and Nique may have been directly involved in her own demise. I agree that if he had committed the murder it would be terrible and the only judge of the truth would be God himself. As it is, there was nothing but suspicion and it is as likely that an innocent man may have been wrongly prosecuted. I do not declare him innocent, yet the law should have assumed it until it could be proven beyond a reasonable doubt. There, indeed, is doubt.
The audio. She knows and is angry at whoever it is. That's not how you'd react to a stranger. A stranger you're going to be freaking out. You'd say things like "please don't. Who are you? Why?" The audio she's fed up. Very irritated, not pleading or scared of an unknown person. She's had this song and dance with this person before. She doesn't sound in fear of her life or fear of the unknown. No begging or pleading. Just fed up.
the audio. sounds like a woman being abused for ages by a narcissist trying to make the woman look like the insane one while its the opposite. besides she DID fear for her life
What ACTUALLY crazy is that she probably NEVER did cheat on him! She knew how insanely paranoid he was, and if she was ever tempted, I think she knew that she would never get away with it. Or it's quite possible that she honestly gave her marriage all she had, and genuinely tried to make it work. Her husband was an obvious control freak, and between the problems he caused with her oldest daughter, the other 2 kids, and working 60+ hours a week, she probably didn't want to complicate her life even more with an affair! The guy was freaking tracking her, ffs!
I was just stepping out of my car when I heard the wife Nikki I think it is saying something to her husband such as if I don't lie with you tonight then you'll accuse me of blah blah etcetera etcetera. Dear God I never knew that meant actually did that! My husband and I were married over 30 years and there was more than one time that I basically flat out cut him off. I had my reasons but he understood my reasons and he never tried to do anything close to what this horrible man did to his wife

Excessive jealousy is the clearest sign that a person does not care about you, and they view you as their property and it’s all about their ego not a real relationship. You may feel important because of it at first, but it will always lead to the worst outcomes
Yeah true but interesting point what he was jealous of was her having an affair that wasn’t even real…his paranoia was insane he was truly a control freak@@markk8588
@@maryam.1125How about we let people view the crime with an objective lens and admit that although he’s 100% responsible for the crime, she absolutely could have, and should have left so as not to put her children through years of abuse? There are lessons to be learned by crimes like this. Chiefly among them, that you should leave before this happens. You should always give yourself the best chance of the most favourable outcome.
This seems to be as clear cut an example of a gaslighting narcissist as I can think of. He is a selfish, manipulative, and paranoid man, obsessed with absolute control over those around him. He has no concern for the pain that he inflicted on his own family, even his own daughter, just so long as he got his way.
I lived the same situation as those girls up until the night my father started beating my mother and while she was on the floor with bruises on her face, and had me 12 years old and my 7 year old brother watching, he asked if we knew where a rope was to hang her. I told him i knew where it was ( had no idea, i just wanted him to get out of the room so she can leave) and took him to show. My mother ran out and managed to get to a neighbor and get help and call the police. She left him that day. I am sure he would have killed her. I have not spoken to him the last 7 years.

I want to acknowledge the courage and resilience of the three children who have been impacted by their father's actions. I believe their mother must be incredibly proud of the young ladies they've become, not only because they're doing the right thing, but also because they're taking a stand against their father's wrongdoing against her and the rest of the family. I'm also deeply impressed by the strength it took for them to testify against their own father. It's a testament to their bravery and commitment to truth and justice. I'm also grateful to see that Amanda has been able to find healing and move forward, leaving behind the darkness of the past. She has emerged as a loving and compassionate sister, and I'm sure her mother is filled with joy knowing her daughter has found peace. It can't have been easy for them to relive the painful memories and share their stories, but they've done so with courage and conviction. Omg, these records of them arguing. It brought me my childhood memories. My biological father was doing the same to my mom. He was provoking her all day, abusing her mentally and when she was snapping, he started to record her and later played this to her in a loop.
It really goes to show; calm doesn’t always mean right. Emotional doesn’t always mean wrong. People keep thinking this, but so many times the emotional person has genuinely been hurt, and then scrutinized for getting emotional about it… Happens all the time and I’m sick of it.

Absolutely devastating. If that monster of a man had *truly* loved his children he would've never taken their mother from them. What a selfish, insecure "man" Matt is, thinking of nothing but himself in true narcissistic fashion, exposing his daughter to further trauma by having her listen to all the footage from the fights her parents had, smearing the daughter's memory of her mom with all his manipulation. No thought for anyone but himself. What's done in the darkness *will* be brought to light and lying murderers will eventually be exposed for exactly who they truly are. Thankful to God that justice was served here.
OMG!! great job to the detectives and to the forensic team to put the digital together. Though it might have taken you 2 or 5 years but it got done. Not only you gave justice to this lady but you can replicate the process in the future. Well done!!
It made me so happy that the sisters were able to rekindle their relationship! No one was to blame. Everyone was being manipulated and it just took some time for everyone to realize
Unfortunately many families have a malignant narcissist like these girls endured The malignant narcissist always tries to make you feel like your the reason why everything is a nightmare even though it is the narcissist manipulation
As a victim of abuse myself it's wonderful to see this Justice served and family reunited. Watching the girl who was manipulated come to her senses eventually gives me hope for all the trumpers in my life whom I am currently estranged from. They are also being manipulated by a master manipulator. There is no dealing with them in this state of chosen ignorance. I hope someday when he goes away we can reunite.
R.I.P Nikki I'm happy the sisters reunited ❤❤❤ Don't ever let abuse control your feelings or your family!! Always let someone know about it one way or another.....
So glad the sisters are reunited. Family is the ultimate foundation to find yourself again in such a situation as theirs and but sadness behind you, move forward into the sunshine. Bitterness will not accompany any of them now. TX for this. Greetings from South Africa
I feel like I'm reading my very well hidden diary. The cameras, the constant accusations, the flipping out ifwe go ONE day without sex, regardless if I'm on my cycle, or am sick with a 101 fever...the family 360 app GPS saying I'm at work, but he calls my work phone to accuse me of not being at work, while he turns his GPS off constantly and disappears for hours then comes back to stay up all night, waking me up from a dead sleep at 4AM to accuse me of stealing his pills or moving his things or cheating because we didn't have sex that night so "WHO IS IT!" just because I fell asleep waiting for him to come to bed...IT'S EXHAUSTING AND INSANE.
God help you. You’re still with this man ?? I was married to a man with bipolar schizophrenia with severe paranoia. I left him after 3 years with my 2 year old and newborn. I couldn’t take the accusations, the constant yelling and stalking etc. same behavior. Even decided baby wasn’t his. It was his bosses who I never even met. ?? He got baker acted. Months later his psychiatrist called me and told me I was in danger and I should leave him. I was leaving anyways, that just gave me the push I needed. It was still hell for years after that. He never saw kids. Never kept them one hour. Never paid child support but I was ok with that. I was happy he didn’t take me to court for visitation rights. God my stomach hurts thinking of all the craziness with that man. You should leave yours ASAP! Everyone deserves to live in peace and happiness.
The crotch checks when I got home from work or visiting my parents.... I finally stopped wearing underwear, threw them all in the trash. I also secretly worked out with my doctor to have knee surgery & get my tubal ligation at the same time. I'll forever be grateful to my Dr. for making that possible. It's hard to believe how many of us are here in the comments. These psychopaths outnumber mosquitoes!
Glad the kids are starting to open their eyes! I get sickened when I see a father murder a loving mother & the kids take the fathers side over the women who gave a painful birth for them.
This drives me crazy as well. Imagining anyone else defending their mothers killer is nuts but when it’s the kids it hurts so much more. Its like killing her twice 😢
Such a heartbreaking family drama . Great job by the police as he is now where he belongs and so happy the sisters are reunited again . May their beloved Mum rest In peace ❤
I’ve known about this case for years and always felt so bad for how manipulated the two younger daughters were. I always hoped they would come to realize the truth and I’m so glad they have.
It’s frustrating how long it can take sometimes to get all of the evidence examined. Glad it finally happened. It’s such a shame that he was free to manipulate those girls. I COULD NEVER put my kids through that. Especially going on the stand to lie for him 🤮
I don't think enough credit is given to these detectives and the tedious task of going through 60+ hours a week going through the surveillance and recordings. I heard of this case before and is just realizing that her murder was totally premeditated.
Days before she disappeared and is then found dead not far from her home, she had called 911, stating "my husband won't let me leave the house," and he was not a prime suspect? Help me make that make sense, people.
So gross. The partner is ALWAYS a suspect!!!
Exactly
There ain't no sense in in smh just terrible
He should have been charged with witness tampering for the way that he manipulated his daughter.
He would have been prime suspect from day one. A matter of gathering evidence and letting him feel safe. A lot to this case not covered in the doco
when i tell you the law is not flawless my dad 100% committed a premeditated murder because he threatened that he will hurt me and mom , so pleading insanity and me being the only witness (related to the victim)
me telling them he planed this he vocally said he will kill us both. he got 7years for manslaughter the crimescene workers bothed evidence did not swap and photo EVERY wall and surface for bloodpatterns propperly the criminal defence proofed every one of his wounds were self caused reason being a constant deepness of the c&t wounds which is IMPOSSIBLE in a fight scenario
theres 1 year left till his release i cant file a restriction order because quote "something significantlly threatening has to happen to myself to file a order alike since i wass left untouched in the crime*
Him manipulating his children is a whole other level of disgusting, that poor family was living with a monster. I can’t imagine the pain those girls had felt living under constant arguments, surveillance and manipulation, all from someone you’re supposed to love and trust.
I feel bad for the mother SMH doin her damn'd 'est to earn for her family & get accused of cheating cuz she busting her arse, GOD LOVE HER
And yet women divorcing decent men and then picking a manipulative and controlling man to step father their children is all too common. Why are we not asking why she would choose such a man?
And don’t give me the “she didn’t know he was a jerk” when she married him nonsense.

I’m glad the young girl finally listened to all of the recordings and evidence. I’m glad she finally came to terms that her father did it and manipulated her.
I’m glad the father asked her to listen to them. It’s horrible, but that was what helped her come to terms with the truth.

Any attention worth there sadly would have had a videographer look for anomalies
Yes, the abusers know how to push buttons. The abused can go from 0-60 in mood from previous arguments and the futility. The only thing an abused person can do is to leave, if and when possible.

So glad you're ok now

Yes, they may be true, but the evidence does not prove but only provides suspicion that he conspired to persecute his wife. The same may be true that another may have committed the act, and Nique may have been directly involved in her own demise. I told him i knew where it was ( had no idea, i just wanted him to get out of the room so she can leave) and took him to show. My mother ran out and managed to get to a neighbor and get help and call the police. She left him that day. I am sure he would have killed her. I have not spoken to him the last 7 years.
You were a very smart and strong girl to do that at such a young age!! That night, you saved your mothers life!! Be very proud of yourself!! I'm very happy she left him and you were all able to rebuild your lives together without your monster of a father!! 😢❤😊
I love how it only took the jury 3.5 hours to decide he was guilty. They must of had many agreements in that back room.
The one time the husband wasnt immediately the suspect...🤦♀️
So glad the girls all got the truth even as horrific as it is.
And they all look SO much like their mom🤗💙
It's actually oddly common the husband isn't a suspect right away. How people can be so stupid is beyond me.
@@bluedistortions this was a back then investigation. Now, the husband or wife is the first suspect.
This hits close. My dad recorded my mum, trying to antagonise her and start arguments whilst he seemed like the reasonable one. All because she wanted a divorce. Me and my sister heard a ‘click’ looked in a cupboard and found a recording device.
Narcissist
My stepdad recorded all of us too on purpose and then recorded all his phone calls. Psychopaths.
total simp my dad was that like too i grew up with them fighting, i went to school with no freaking sleep because of that
And I thought my dad was bad...I know nothing. Sorry this happened....the scars always stay, even if it hurts less and less over the years.
🥺😢♥️🤗🧸 Sending hugs.
The fact she answered "Yes sir" on instinct tells plenty of how much he controlled people.
Yup. Something was not right.
Or she just had good manners?

I want to thank the family for sharing this video. I was a victim as well. Keep strong and keep your mother memory stronger. im proud of you girls
This video is exactly the story of my friend, Suzanne. She was murdered by her husband. Her body was found about a year and half later. Her husband convinced police she left. There wasnt enough evidence to convict.
I'm so sorry for your loss
Lord 💔
Suzanne morphew?
Ah yes the old "she's crazy" excuse. Stories like this are why I rarely believe any man who says that. The lengths this man went to in order to manipulate the situation is unbelievable. Vile human being.
It's disgusting
Yup, the people who are always badmouthing others, are usually the ones who are actually bad. Especially when EVERYONE seems to always be doing bad, according to them.
You gotta figure, logically, half are telling the truth age half are lying. It's not a gender thing, it's a human thing. Relationship dynamics are typically different for the husband and wife but the, "craziness", is equally prevalent.
@@reachacrosstheisle5978 yeah it's just, women are more outwardly emotional than men, so men saying they're crazy based on this tends to be a common thing. Crazy, irrational, hysterical, etc.
@@buttlord4204 It's wild how often people do this. Whenever someone is missing/dead, you always look at the immediate family first. He not only waited days to report her missing, and also spoke poorly of her. The house is COVERED in cameras recording 24/7, and wouldn't you know it, there's nothing after she disappeared. He could hardly have done more to cast suspicion on him. What a surprise he did it.
Pathological jealousy is no joke. Poor woman.
My father was only a couple steps off from this thing that masquerades as a human, and there are still people who don't understand that what I went through living with him was absolute hell at times
I hope you're doing better for yourself, no one deserves to be treated like trash
I understand. 4 of us are lucky to be alive. Decades of hell & no escape. I hope you read this, I hope you come to know that God has a plan for your life & you will find it in the Holy Bible. Prayers for you 😇
I can relate. I hope you are healing.
I'm sorry for the abuse you lived thru, but glad you turned to God. He can take what Satan meant for evil and turn it to your good. And it seems that He did just that. You sound like a lovely, Godly person.⚘️@@reneehouser2925
Their actions serve as a powerful reminder that even in the darkest moments, doing what's right is always worth it.
I’m so glad these young ladies were able to restore their relationship! More importantly heal from the trauma’s they had to endure growing up and losing both parents!
This woman was sexually and physically assaulted every day of her life being with that monster and he must've threatened her so bad that she stayed, probably to save the youngest daughter 😢The detective stated this
And it was stupid AF
What a strange thing to say.
He looks like a demon/alien in a skinsuit.
@@Psyopcyclopshow is that strange look at this dude he thought she was cheating working 65 hours a week he was a complete fool... he had it made and just couldn't be a dick
I feel for Amanda. She lost two parents that day and she just tried to keep her routine and her normal so she had to live in an alternative reality so she could see her dad in a positive light. Realizing she testified for him and put herself against so many people of her family must be so hard once you snap back to reality. She’s truly been dealt shorty cards.
The way she was yelling, get away from me now, with such strength in her voice, you knew she knew him. She would of been scared of a stranger and it would of been in her voice.
Matthew is a monster, he not just murdered his wife, he also destroyed his daughter's life by destroying their relationships. Ironic that his own paranoia was the thing that caught him...
I’m so glad the sisters came together again. It’s so hard on siblings when parents don’t get along and fight in front of the children,.. much less one of them killing the other. I hope that the sisters stay strong and learn a lot from their past so that they can move forward for the better in life.
it's crazy how he recorded these situations over so much time (weeks, months? Years??) it makes it seem that he planned to kill her for a very long time... it's eery
I believe if she didn't move out to live with her Dad.
He would have murdered her also that night also because he didn't like Nicky's daughter
"Let the record show..."
Thank goodness he was obsessed with recording everything.
Oh wow. God Bless and Protect those young ladies...
This video is so well done, so respectful. Excellent work. This brings honour to these strong young women and I love that. It is an honor to this mama's memory.
Those poor girls who had to tolerate their father’s evil manipulations. I hope their mum rest in price peace and they are able to move on in life .
When you tell, no one believes. The perps are the best thing since paper plates as far as everyone else is concerned. My perp left me on a mountain no transportation, no phone, in a shed. Everyone in town still loved him and wants him to come back. Explain that to me. Bad enough being neglected and unloved, now the town does it for him.
I'm sorry u experienced that, people just have no clue what happens behind closed doors
I am so sorry. I'm crying for you... I kicked my abuser out 4 years ago and he just saw my neighbor at her work and made sure to tell her that he was worried about my lawn. My lawn was just fine. It was just a hint to tell me what he is doing. Many prayers to you 🙏

Ridiculous. Women have the courts on their side for everything and usually get full custody. Women are the ones that are believed blindly when they make accusations. Stupid post is stupid.

My cousin's estranged husband killed her on the day she met him to serve her divorce papers. She texted her friend "He's here," and that was it. Never, ever serve alone. Ever. You don't know them like you think you know them.
I feel so nad for poor Amanda.... 😢 Thats a lot for a 14 year old to have to go through. All the kids really suffered here & these ladies know real strenght ❤
📌Dude was on some next level craziness. Ladies and Gentlemen, always pay attention to signs and signals no matter how small, because that's how it starts most of the time. Good luck!
Thank you for sharing this story. It’s so important for victims of abuse to hear this, and find a safe way out of their situation. My heart goes out to the family, it’s heartbreaking 😢

He should also get child abuse tacked on. What an awful human being!
Absolutely heartbreaking. This evil man not only murdered his wife but brainwashed his teenage kids against their poor mother!!!
Imagine having sex with someone you feel forced to? To keep the peace?!ugh. Nope. Major red flags.
He looks evil tbh
Yeah he gives off bad vibes
I agree with you both ✌️
They always do.
And it was stated at beginning of the video that the guy dropped out of school in the 9th grade! Who does that? I guess an idiot and a murderer!! 😡😡
Her soul is alive! Only the body dies! She looks out for her family ! ❤she is happy justice was served and proud of her daughter s !
I love that Alex was able to rekindle her relationship with her sisters. Now they have each other and can continue to carry on their mom’s legacy. I hope Matt continues to rot in prison.
Alex reminds me so much of my own older sisters. They had to get out of our home for their own wellbeing, and leaving was the hardest decision they had ever made. So much love to her and hope that her healing journey has been fruitful.
What a sad and difficult story this was. So sad for the girls. What a manipulator. This was so extremely premeditated. I'm upset that wasnt mentioned but with how long it took to realize the level of crazy this guy was just Thankful for the digital forensic team to do the work they did. No mother abandons their children like that. RIP.
This is so damn sad. Peace to Nique and her family. Those poor children. OMG I hate, hate, hate when parents do this to their children. (Sidenote: I love this Prosecutor! She is a warrior! I'll never forget how hard she fought for Emani Moss, a talented, beautiful little girl who was starved to d3ath.
That was beyond heartbreaking and heartwrenching - the daughter crying as she ran from the woods into her sister's arms, the sister trying to go to her mother, Nique's mom breaking down while being interviewed - brought tears to my eyes. Absolutely devastating.
If that monster of a man had *truly* loved his children he would've never taken their mother from them. What a selfish, insecure "man" Matt is, thinking of nothing but himself in true narcissistic fashion, exposing his daughter to further trauma by having her listen to all the footage from the fights her
parents had, smearing the daughter's memory of her mom with all his manipulation.
Well done!!
As a survivor, hearing this, and I generally quote: “its difficult but there is a way to heal”. Gives me hope toward my self healing.
It made me so happy that the sisters were able to rekindle their relationship! No one was to blame. Everyone was being manipulated and it just took some time for everyone to realize
These girls are amazing. Their mom would be incredibly proud of each of them ❤❤❤
Unfortunately many families have a malignant narcissist like these girls endured
The malignant narcissist always tries to make you feel like your the reason why everything is a nightmare even though it is the narcissist manipulation
I can’t imagine the pure horror that the party of people there felt after finding her body. Absolutely heartbreaking

JFC that sounds awful
Do you have options to leave? Can you get help to get out?

Wow…. One person caused so much heartache. Geez, this was tough. I’m so glad the family has been reunited. That’s what the mother would’ve wanted.
It so hard tso hard to understand how little the police, the DA and/or the judges can do or will do when it is domestic violence. It’s so crazy!!!
