    Engine had unstable RPM's until worms up. After cleaning with Break Disk degreaser, RPM's are stable.

    I have just done this job on my Astra. For information - the Torx size is T25.Make sure you either wrap some fine wire around bolt nearest the front of the car when replacing it or that you have an extendable magnet. Dropping this bolt could be a real headache and it is the hardest to replace. Sorry to say though that my car is still uneven on idle until warm so maybe it's the sensor not the SCV.

      Those bolts wee tight as hell. Damaged 2 torx with it and destroyed them inside. Now will try bolt extractor, got a new set of them. Especially lower one and back one, lack of room to work

    Poslje zamjene sam upalio odma motor malo duze "verglao" kad je upalio jos neravnomjerniji zvuk nego prije toga🫨 poslje 15 km voznje radi ko singerica i osjeti se bolju vucu ima. E sad nemogu da iscekam da vidim sta ce se desiti sa hladnim paljenjem hoce li opet neravnomjerno raditi

    I just have 1 question. When removing the valve is there a metal gasket underneath it? If yes, did you change it or used the same one?

      Yes, there is a metal gasket. Check it, if it's straight, without any damage, just clean it and return it.

    Pozdrav, imam problem, sa crnim dimom nakon sto se napravio egr , dpf off stage 1, Nakon 3200 obrtaja me baci u safe mode sa raznim greskama, test dimom je uspjesan ne curi nigdje, turbo sam stavio drugi, i dalje crno dimi al bolje ide. Test dizni na dijagnostici pokazuje da rade super, gdje da trazim dalje gresku

    Pozdrav druze, insignia 2.0 cdti 4x4 2014 limuzina. Odrzavana redovno. ima nekih 200k km. Juce na autoputu prilikom postizanja brzine 160, 175km/h kada pustim gas pocne obarat brzinu standard medjutim i kada pokusam ponovo dodati gas ne mogu. Sve dok ne ode ispod 130km i prije toga sve pocne od ove greske, service vehicle soon. Isto je nekada i na manjim brzinama. Sipam dobro gorivo, u austriji sam sve su voznje otrpilike na duze staze bez gradske voznje, molim te za odg. Da napomenem da nisam imao nikada check engine.

      Pozdrav,
      Pored Check Engine obaveštenja, Opel ima i Service Vehicle Soon obaveštenje da postoji problem. S'tim što SVS obuhvata širi spektar grešaka, za razliku od Check Engine koji je fokusiran isključivo na motor i komponente motora.
      Trebalo bi prikačiti auto na dijagnostiku i sigurno će pokazati grešku/problem u istoriji.
      U zavisnosti od problema, moguće je da sistem sam sebe štiti, uskracivajući određene funkcije/komande u datom momentu.
      Sve najbolje.

    Hi, i have 2.0 tdci 2015. had fault for too high fuel presure. check engine poped up and loss of power. reseted all faults than after one month same situation happened. changed the pressure sensor, seems to help. but at idle sometimes the consumtion seems too high. and while driving the consumtion on straight road seems to vary significantly. for example from 15km/l to 22km/l or 0.9l/h to 1.5l/h. could the valve be the issue here?

    hello, can you help me? I have an Opel Insignia two-liter CDTI 2011, and I changed the alternator wheel, but it still makes a strange sound when I give it gas and then the sound comes back. It's like that, it's not me, it's such a solid sound, something is just screeching then if I add gas to it, the sound comes back again

      Hope that you change baring also. There is two barings, front at the wheel and rear-ended.

      Mine is doing the same it could be internal bearings but best to replace with a new or reconditioned alternator.

    Pozdrav softverski mi je majstor ugasio dpf filter ali nije uklonjen,nako 3-4k kilometara pokusao sam upalit auto,upalio je bez problema e kad sam stisno gas izbacio je crni dim i puklo je crijevo usisa i auto vise me moze da upali

      @@VukmanDasic Pozdrav druže. Ne znam ko ti je to savetovao, ali gašenje dpf-a bez uklanjanja se ne radi. Došlo je do začepljenja dpf-a jer nije bilo regeneracije, do potpritiska u usisnoj grani i negde ne moralo da pukne.
      Prvenstveno očistiti dpf (ukloniti ga) kao i iskljuciti eger ventil takodje, zameniti crevo usisa i prekontrolisati komplet usis i izduv.

      ​@@LosmiBre Fizicki nije uklonjen ali je napravljena veca rupa,ocustio i sve prekontrolisao,upalio auto i dosta manje dimi ali mi sad gubi rashladnu tecnost i koliko sam mogao da primijetim nedje na agr curi voda

      @@VukmanDasic Pogledaj moj video REPLACING EGR VALVE, i videćeš gde može da curi. Ne znam kakvu veću rupu ti je napravio….savetujem da ga ukloniš celog. Egr nema potrebe da se vadi ili bilo šta drugo. Samo se u CPU isključi.

      Riješio agr i vodu,sada se čuje neko lupanje,nekad radi normalno a nekad počne da lupa i auto ne prima gas i ako primi,nema snage

    Pozdrav imam Opel insigniu 2.0 cdti 96kw dešavalo mi se da upali lampicu motora i auto počne trokirati neradi turbina nit prima gas pa nakon par puta paljenja sve vrati u normalu Al ostane lampica od motora koja se ugasi nakon neke vožnje a općenito mi kad auto upalim i kad ga vozim dok mijenjam brzine ostanu obrtaji pa ih nakon nekog vremena spusti zna li tko šta bi moglo biti.hvala

      Najpre prekontrolisati turbinu, vakume na turbini, da li ubacuje ulje u motor pa drži visoke obrtaje. Lampica od motora ima širok spektar grešaka, bilo koja nepravilnost rada motora se manifestuje paljenjem lampice motora.

      20 or 25 torx, can't remember exactly! Didn't add anything, still stands strong.

      @@LosmiBre your mount was with torx? I had an imbues 5 heads, but cannot find how much Nm of torque i need to tighten then up. Or you meant that you’ve used 20-25 Nm of torque?

      It’s torx 25. Killed couple of bits and destroyed bolts too, they are tight as hell on mine. Going to use bolt extractor, hope it’ll work

      Give it a few seconds at the 'on' position for the fuel pump to build up pressure again

    Pozdrav imam par problema sa, Insigniom 2.0cdti 118kw 2010 godina ,auto mi dimi u vožnji kada je malo oštrija vožnja ,hoće i ovako kada krecem npr 1.2 ,2 problem kada radi na leri variraju obrtaji malo i 3 problem u koji sam 100% siguran da nepali ovako fino kao ova vaša duže vergla.
    Akumulator je star 4 godine ne znam dali do njega može biti

      Zdravo,
      1. To što dimi može da bude dosta stvari, npr; ako izbacuje crni dim na ubrzanju, naj banalnija stvar može da bude slabiji dotok vazduha, zapušten filter za vazduh, problem u protokomeru ili zapušten sistem usisa vazduha u intake sistem. Ako je plavi dim, znači da troši ulje na različite načine. Npr istrošenost karika, gumice ventil, dihtung glave....
      2. Obrtaji na leru mogu da variraju zbog commonrail sistema, ventila visokog pritiska, senzora visokog pritiska, commonrail razdeljivača goriva, dizne.... sve bi trebalo prvenstveno da se očisti i samim tim bi trebalo da auto bolje pali (pitanje 3.). Svakako proveriti filter za gorivo, elek. pumpu za gorivo u rezervoaru i povratni ventil goriva.

      Najpre bi trebalo da se zakači na dijagnostiku da se iščitaju greške ukoliko ih ima. Pretpostavljam da ne dimi i ne troši ulje, to bi prvo primetio.
      Ovako, na prvi utisak bih posumnjao na turbinu, možda neki vakum ili neko crevo pravi problem.
      Svakako postoji dosta stvari koje moraju da se provere.

      ​@@kismaa_46I had the same trouble..changed turbo and solenoid, cleaned MAF and MAP, the p0299 error is gone, but p003a still there.. car runs better than before, but still this error coming up again and again.. tried to learn vane position with some generic diagnosis tool, I suppose we need opcom or similar

      Ne, ništa od toga. Nekoliko puta kontakt, da pumpa nabije pritisak i radi bez problema.

      Pozdrav, moze li pomoć?
      Opel Insignia 2.0 2011 godiste , kako prodje pola rezervoara (Pola i manje) počinje sve teže i teže da pali , maltene kad bi došlo do rezerve više ne bi palila kola ? Kako se gorivo sipa , normalno pali.
      Takodje cak i da je nivo goriva nizak (da tesko pali) ukoliko bi se ugasio i upalio odmah auto tada ne bi bilo toliko problema, vec kad se ostavi neko vreme onda je problem.

      Pozdrav.
      Najverovatnije je povratni, odnosno ventil koji održava pritisak u potapajućoj pumpi u rezervoaru. Kada je niži nivo goriva, pumpi više vremena treba da nabije pritisak do commonraill-a, da pošalje gorivo ka diznama.
      Na niskom nivou goriva, kada upali, potrebno je vreme da opadne pritisak, zato i pali odmah, jer je pritisak već postignut.
      Probajte, pre paljenja, da nekoliko puta date kontakt, da potapajuća pumpa koliko toliko nabije veći pritisak, što bi trebalo da se odrazi na bolje paljenje.
      Svakako bi trebalo iskontrolisati instalaciju za gorivo i proveriti ispravnost potapajuće pumpe.

      @@LosmiBre pitam zbog toga jer mi.je ispao problem, skinut regulator ociscen proban zatvara dobro ali postavljen na auto i auto upali i odmah se ugasi i sve tako posle nece da upali ... Na dijagnostici low fuel pressure rail

    Egr valve is another reason when you notice the rpm is jumping up and down 😂

      A little bit, yes. On low RPM's engine was quitter and little bit quicker accepts acceleration.

      Mine fuel rail pressure says 32 mpa in red and says desired upto 24. Do you think this part could be the reason for this? 2015 2ltr cdti 140

    Good luck trying to remove those 3 torx bolts, everything I've tried so far has failed, with very little space to even get in there, they ain't moving for anything....

      I tried today got the mounts etc out way , I could not get the torx screws out with the torx tools I had , no space , looks like a torx Allen key would be best , or what is your tool used , my legs was aching after putting it all back together hopefully get it right nxt time once I find the best method for the limited space
