- Hi everyone ♡ here is a quick 7 min stretching routine with exercises that you can do before bed! These are full body cool down exercises that will help you with relaxation and flexibility.
You only need a fast routine to help your muscles relaxed and recover. This is also great to avoid your body to get tense and increase flexibility. Perfect for right before going to bed.
I like to do these bedtime stretching exercises because they help me relax and practice my flexibility at the same time in only 7 minutes! If you have more time at home, feel free to keep going or hold the stretches for longer so that your full body gets into a deeper stretch!

Honestly this has been on my to do list is to start looking for stretching videos after I saw a post on twitter that says if you’re 25& up you need to start stretching daily or else you’re gonna regret it. And here I am 28 and haven’t stretched at all .. I had no idea where to start but this video was pretty straight forward and easy to do surprisingly I thought I was gonna make a fool out of myself 😂 Thank you ❤ I’ll be attempting to do this every night

I like how simple these stretches are. However, I was finding it difficult to relax, because there is too little gap between each pose, so the transition between stretches has to be quite quick.

Will the head touching the legs stretched out pose get easier with time? Because I just can't round my body enough to get my head to touch my knees 😢

Can you teach me how to do workout
Does anyone have any tips on how to do the fold stretches when you have a big tummy? With the knee fold and forward fold I can't really do them because my belly gets in the way and it kinda gets squished, which makes it really uncomfortable. Should I just skip these kinds of stretches?

Hey so I'm extremely unfit and unflexible and I'm trying to change that. At first is it normal to feel a bit of pain and a lot of straining? My muscles feel really uncomfortable and my bones sometimes click. Is this normal?
Me too. I have severe spinal damage from military service. I take a skittles bag of meds daily just to not scream when moving/laying down.
Yoooooooooga people. Yoga keeps me out of the ER. Most pain is from muscles around the spinal column locking up trying to compensate for a missing spine. Yoga unlocks them every time.

My name is Yoshikage Kira. I’m 33 years old. My house is in the northeast section of Morioh, where all the villas are, and I am not married. I work as an employee for the Kame Yu department stores, and I get home every day by 8 PM at the latest. I don’t smoke, but I occasionally drink. I’m in bed by 11 PM, and make sure I get eight hours of sleep, no matter what. After having a glass of warm milk and doing about twenty minutes of stretches before going to bed, I usually have no problems sleeping until morning. Just like a baby, I wake up without any fatigue or stress in the morning.
I was told there were no issues at my last check-up. I’m trying to explain that I’m a person who wishes to live a very quiet life. I take care not to trouble myself with any enemies, like winning and losing, that would cause me to lose sleep at night. That is how I deal with society, and I know that is what brings me happiness. Although, if I were to fight I wouldn’t lose to anyone.

其實joker的部分跟之前的有些區別 頭部和肩部的消光變弱了 還有我拿到的腿部黑色的漆有種裂掉的痕跡 看了很多人開箱好像都有漆面的問題
就感覺這次萬代好像趕著出貨品控沒監督得很好 希望明年發售的Luna trigger和heat metal不會有這些問題 畢竟不便宜啊
