    To be frank, there's not that much point in doing 19 reps when you could probably do 50+.

      @NowAcceptingChallenges but why stop short by so much? Your last rep was faster than the first, clearly it wasn't anywhere near of being even a little difficult.

      @@baconfromhell666 great question! I'm doing a challenge. Adding 1 rep a day for 10 days, 2 reps a day for 10 days, then 3 reps a day, etc., until I find my max reps. Then I add weight and do it again. Mostly because I have a back fusion and have to do it slowly. Purely experimental, but it also is to build consistency and accountability.
