      @@NowAcceptingChallenges well, theres quite alot of fitness people that are willing to let ya know, to avoid injury. make sure you're stretching, especially before max rep stuff. try and put it directly over your chest and go straight up and down. also lower your bench down or get something to ground your feet.

    • @FlareGos

    Take two days off and you'll probably have 8. To keep improving try sets of 5 with a 5lb weight. Add weight or reps where ever you can. When you plateau again take two days off then try you max set again. Thank me later.

    • @NowAcceptingChallenges
      @NowAcceptingChallenges 5 дней назад

      I'm so tempted to take a rest day. I know when I do I'll take 1000 rest days. This is very much a brain exercise to set a routine. I'm okay not hitting 8 in two days if it means I'll do this forever. I like adding weights though. Maybe when I do my muscle ups I'll add weights!

    Pull your shoulder blades back together behind you as you lay down, and try to pull your shoulders down to your hips using your lats - this will create a gap under your lower back and the bench that shows you are engaging your back efficiently to create a stable base. Also you don’t necessarily have to make your bar pathing so pronounced, a little more vertical wouldnt hurt. Great stuff and keep going 👍
