I didn’t work out this morning with you. I was upset by news and didn’t know how to deal with My feelings. I decided at 4 this afternoon that I would do your mobility challenge at minimum. It’s amazing what 10 minutes of simple movement can do for your body and brain. That 10 minutes made me realize I AM ALIVE, and then I Proceeded to do 45 minutes of cardio to try and lift my mood a little more. I have to realize that I can’t do anything about the news I received, as it is outside of my control. I do have control on whether I move my body and what that movement does for my soul.
Awe June, I hope everything is ok! It definitely can help to get out of our heads and into our bodies❤️❤️❤️

I think this is one of my favorite go-to routines. All my gear is ready to hit the snowmobile trails this morning, and my body and mind is prepared for the demands of the ride. Thank you, again, for ALL you’ve done to improve my quality of life: strength, endurance, flexibility, mobility, and JOY!

This might be my favorite so far. Don't know why. I think it was the combination of moves with that gorgeous music, Made me feel alive and ready for the day. The music put me in one of my favorite places in the foothills above Boulder, Colorado, at the Gold Hill Inn.❤❤
