I love divine white so much that I painted ceiling, walls and kitchen cabinets in it. I did my trim in gloss pure white. The ceilings I did flat divine white and wall satin divine white and cabinets semi-gloss divine white. Everyone loves the paint color. Get compliments all the time. Was a little worried would see to much pink, I don’t. It is beautiful.
Helpful! Thank you! Sticking with White Duck.
Damn those undertones!
Right??!!! They can be a real bugger OR a lifesaver!
Great video! Any suggestions for sofa/furniture colors for a living room painted with Divine White and a cool white baseboard trim?
Hello Kylie, I love your videos and blogs. We have Brazilian cherry wood through out our home with an open floor plan. What are your on divine white on the common spaces and natural linen in the bedrooms?
I'm liking the sounds of this!!
@@KylieMInteriorsPaint Hi Kylie!! Final decision - Rivers Edge for the bedroom and natural linen for the common spaces.
Great Review! Can you do a review on BM Soft Chamois and Feather Down?!
Those are rarely discussed but look like beige with grey undertones
Hello Kyle love videos. We need to paint our pool deck area so that there is a slight contrast to the wall color on the house which is Devine white. I looked at Creamy and it looked almost the same in the daylight. Don’t want too white like Pure white. So confused and would truly appreciate another idea. Thank you. House is in Florida lots of light. Concrete (Orange peel floors)
Will Divine White Cabinets coordinate with St Cecilia Gold countertops and Panda White walls or would SW Cheviot be a better choice for cabinets
Thank you so much for this video. We have Divine White trim and doors throughout the house. I have white quartz counters and am wanting to change my kitchen cabinets to a white color, but Divine White won't work, it's too dark for my counters. I don't want to repaint the trim and doors so I'll be looking for a wall color and cabinet color that can work with my existing trim. I think this is going to be a journey. I might need to hire you - do you do virtual consulting?
Oh you bet i do virtual consulting, you can see my packages here! www.kylieminteriors.ca/hire-kylie/#packages And yes, you might have a tough time as Divine White is a tough one to update and modernize, especially with white quartz. SOMETIMES...the best choice is to keep your cabinets wood (or as they are) as if the foundation isn't 100%, there isn't always a paint color to pull it all together!
What color wall is in your video?
Do you have a toon Japendi paint styles
Would divine white pair well with BM simply white?
Does divine white go well with golden orange pine tongue and groove ceilings? I have north facing light. The swatch looks nice in my living room and sherwin Williams Natural Linen does too!
Yes! Just did divine white in our north facing kitchen. Looks gorgeous with our golden/reddish/orange wood floors. Natural Linen was the runner up, another beautiful color. Just a smidge darker.
@@holly19 Thanks for sharing your advice 💜
I would love to see you do a video where you give ALABASTER trim some LOVE. I feel like you always make a "meh" face when you bring it up. ;)
I am on the hunt for a gorgeous greige for my house and have alabaster trim throughout the interior and on my plantation shutters. Would love to hear your suggestions!
Hey Jen, if you check out my website at www.kylieminteriors.ca/ and type Alabaster in the Search (partway down on the right hand side) you'll find lots of info!
And that's funny about my face, you're good! I probably do have these settle 'tells' ;). I do LOVE Alabaster trim, it's just a wink trickier with some wall colours. I will definitely do a video on it!
@@KylieMInteriorsPaint I love your expressiveness! It's part of your charm and makes your videos so fun to watch. THANK YOU for taking the time to put all of these videos out there. It definitely helps, and I super appreciate it! :)
Thank you so much for your videos!! I really appreciate them! Just out of curiosity, what color are the walls painted behind you in this video? Thank you again!
Thanks for asking! That's actually Benjamin Moore Balboa Mist and it's GLOOOOORIOUS!
@@KylieMInteriorsPaint It’s beautiful!
Hi Kylie. I really enjoy your blogs and learned a lot from them. I have a dilemma I couldn't solve yet. The trim and doors in my house are painted in Divine White (semi gloss) and the walls are Nomadic Desert. The house looks dull and I would like to change the walls' color only. What color would you suggest for the walls while keeping the Divine White?
That's what our house is too....I'm stumped on wall color without having to repaint all the trim/doors/cabinets. What did you end up doing?
I am struggling between divine white and natural linen in a west facing room with all bright white cabinets and ceilings. I don't plan to touch the trim for now The ceiling is a painter's choice of ProMar white I believe and I'd rather leave it for now as w ell. Any suggestions on those two colors??
Ooo, it's tough without seeing the countertop, backsplash, etc. Off the TOP, I'm a huge fan of Natural Linen as it has a great depth - in the middle of the light range and offers a nice contrast without too much visual weight.
Please do magnolia colors!
Does Divine White go well with Travertine? My master bath is covered in travertine (not removing it) but I desperately need to update... I still have faux paint from 1999 in there 😬😬😬
it REALLY depends on the type of travertine you have, but yes, generally Divine White is a GREAT place to start, along with Moderate White!
