You don't have to do it exactly like in the video. Here's what you do: every time you eat an animal with bones (chicken, fish, steak, turkey, etc) throw the bones and tendons in a plastic bag and put in your freezer. Then when you have enough (about a pound), slow boil all the bones in one pot. Or, put in a large crock pot on high before you go to bed; then turn it to low in the morning, and eat it for dinner later in the day. Throw in some veggies and turmeric toward the end, and you're done.

Bone broth also accumulates very high levels of lead and other heavy metals that do not come out in traditional broth. Worth thinking about how much exposure you have to lead and mercury. See consumer reports.

Yes, you are correct. Unfortunately, lead and heavy metals are in the environment, and are higher near industrial regions. Chicken bones may be a better option, as chickens have a shorter life span than cows, and therefore don't experience as much bioaccumulation of heavy metals in their bones.

Dr. P. I have been in bed 8 years now to heavy for my legs to carry. I always still could lift my legs high when laying down. Kick and everything. I recently tried to change beds and got stuck on the floor when i couldnt lift myself up using my legs to crab walk. Even though i could use them they were no longer even used to a crab walk with my weight. Now though being on the floor on a dreaded pillow top mattress as i work online and attend school i noticed over night less than one month on the mattress this way it felt like all my muscles went out it. I have to pull myself with my hands to pull myself out of a sitting position to a side position not using my legs for help at all. When im in my side position though i can lift it with my arm back and forth. Sometimes it gets better sometimes worse after a long work day. The pain feels like bone on bone trying to grind. So bad. Started a 120 intermittent fasting with just eggs and meat on refill days. Thinking to readd protein shake and bone broth. We'll see

Keep at it; you've got the right idea. Dietary modification is perhaps the most effective approach to improve any health condition.

Eggshells are rich in calcium and phosphorus, minerals for healthy bones and joints. You also get NEM - natural egg membrane which has the constituents of cartilage.

As a vegan, i politely ask for a trigger warning in the beginning of the video. I am very flabberghasted that you would think that people are not vegan!🤬
