I have done this 30 day Challenge twice in a row now. I add it to the beginning of my workout as a warm up. I don't do it 30 days in a row but def 4 times a week before my workout. My butt has definitely lifted and has become more shapely and sexy FOR SURE. I highly recommend doing it this way as a reg routine if everyday seems too much. Its more doable than everyday and STILL yields great results.

Cassey I did this video 2 days back and guess what, my inner thighs are in severe pain!! I know it happens and it will go away but my inner thighs were never this sore!! I feel like my thighs will rip off my body, I’m here giving my inner thigh hot water bag treatment and whatnot. I can’t even walk properly! I suffered! But when the pain decreases, I will definitely continue this 100 glutes challenge!

Same, I’m doing both challenges on top of my workouts. I didn’t feel the ab workout too much but my butt is feeling it today. Even though it hurts I have to complete it. I get grumpy when I don’t workout.

@@Aevra. Thanks..I switched from medium resistance to heavy one and that really helped and I did the final 20 reps without resistance bands and those 20 reps were the best :)
Ok I werent the only crazy one...my inner thighs and butt cheeks are screaming this morning...especially that I did this after weight training 😐 I suppose my body will thank me later

I workout 5 days a week and I decided to add this on top of what I do and today I’m definitely feeling day 1. That won’t deter me from completing this though. No pain no gain, I’ll just spend a little more time stretching and yoga
